Just curiosity, the player suppose to get txt for deposit still? I used to get txt, but I don't get them any more.-And I'm really happy that I can deposit without a hassle of trying to find my mobile.- I'm just wondering if all other players are getting txt why not me, as I said I'm just curious, I'm not asking you to start sending me a txt for deposit.
 
Hello Sueyh.

SMS verification is not always needed, and if you are using a method you have previously verified, the amount of SMS verifications you need to perform is drastically reduced.

Has anyone in a drunken/angry mood after a few lost deposits in a row asked for your account to be closed? I now am being told they cant re-open it under any circumstances... im not a problem gambler but was almost convinced i was by customer service.

VS is my favourite casino and as an australian user im limited to good if any casinos. Dan please help! Haha

Yes, though I was not drunk! Same result as you though no convincing by CS that I was a problem gambler, just a courteous confirmation the account was closed. Can't get it reopened though.

I am glad I never decided to go down that route. My head would have exploded a long time ago, heh

For me, all it took was the purchase fees to get those cards and I (still am in a way) was in the mindset that any transaction would be rejected because of gambling being blocked. I am glad we have Ecopayz for an e-wallet even if the withdrawal fees to the bank from Ecopayz is expensive. :/ ( Not your fault VS! )

Probably all of us have at one point or another.

Some days the take a break feature isnt good enough because there isnt anyone there to show your displeasure. If this was 2 years ago when I wasnt more disciplined, my videoslots would have been shut down without question. Even now when I get really pissed off and fed up. I feel furious but I force myself to do something else no matter how angry I am. I even sent Dan a pm asking for some wisdom as my way of just venting a little.

On another note, i will be getting $113 in cashback this week. The way ive been getting beaten up everywhere, I might just cash out out to feel good for a second. lol.

The biggest win amount that I have seen at VS to date was USD404,000 on Starquest by an Indonesian player with a $40 bet = 10,100x bet.

A casino like 32RED, who has been online for some 15 years, had in 2015 nearly 90,000 active players. I would assume with the fast development of the last years and VS's growing popularity that they might have about 20-25,000 active players, could be wrong on that because I would count somebody as an active player only when he/she deposits more than once in a month.

It still amazes me that you have blueprint slots at videoslots but yet we still cant play them at videoslots casino in the UK, when it is a UK company that makes blueprint slots.

Also the fact i can play blueprint slots at every other online casino that has them. It makes totally no sense to me, and again i have complained about this many times to support and loyalty and still they refuse to answer my emails or questions and say why videoslots wont allow UK players to play them but as i said I can play them everywhere else. I could name all the casinos if you want? but i must warn you that would result in a really long post. cos it really is a lot.

So i hope dan you can finally answer my question?

EDIT: And also might as well tell you about yggdrasil as well. I can play yggdrasil slots at leovegas, rizk, thrills to name a few. So when will you allow IK to play that provider too? We are working super hard to get all of the Blueprint games available for you guys but also Yggdrasil of course. Unfortunately, I do not have an exact date on when we will go live with yggdrasil in the Uk but we are doing our best to have it live as soon as possible.

We will be launching an update to its famous Casino Races.

From Monday 17th of July 00:00:01 GMT you will start to get more spins on the leader board for the same amount of money wagered before. For example, with a €2.00 wager you will now
have 8 spins on the leaderboard instead of 3.

The calculation is going to be changed to the following:
€0.20 = 1 spin in race
€0.40 = 2 spins in race
€0.60 = 3 spins in race
€0.80 = 4 spins in race
€1.00 = 5 spins in race
€1.50 = 6 spins in race
€2.00 = 8 spins in race

Thats good, especially for the bigger rollers, like the £1 spin guy's, but what about euro will it be 4 spins per Euro in a race in stead of 5 for the £1

Edit I see they are in euro's

This is particularly nice for players who like to play 40 or 60 or 90 cents as before they only got one point, and a real improvement for those $1 bettors that used to get 2 points for betting 5x a much.
 
Oh look another deposit pretty much gone in under 2 hours on like min bets, WTF is going on? No playtime at all anymore. Of course the new game Ted is on NYX network so you can't play it at the same time as other providers on that network which I have asked numerous times if they can in anyway fix that cause their are so many providers on that 1 network.

Sorry to say I am seriously looking at playing elsewhere or live more as I can't keep losing deposits in 1 hour-2 hours. Unless netent comes back or videoslots gets real time gaming somehow than I will be interested.:(

How about you play 1 slot at a time. You may not win necessarily but the deposits will last at least twice as long.
