I was just using Canada as an example not in a literal sense and was trying to explain why we sometimes might have connectivity issues. We are always trying to improve our rewards and our casino in every way possible and always take the feedback from our players very seriously.
I know sometimes you my may think everything you guys say fall on deaf ears, but i can assure you I always follow up on all cases and complaints. You also need to understand that we have a lot of things happening that dealing with every issue also takes time.

As for them "asking Dan to leave the forum suddenly" goes. The fact that he is so active and responsive to every comment in here does not support your contention that they "have lost the will to please the customer, pay attention or help them". Exactly the opposite.

It is proof of your own personal experience but it is not proof that they do not care. It could well be a sign that they are growing faster than they can easily keep up with. But that is no indication that they do not care.Dan does not work in certain area's. VIP and the cashier section which is where the complaints come from. Dan can message people with our concerns but if they are too busy it falls through the cracks. So I would say its quite apparent they have grown too large and lost the personal touch when they cant get it right.
In the last 3 months. I have had 3 cashouts out of 7 messed up because of errors made by the cashiers because they werent paying attention to the banking details given. I have had a couple game errors that were not addressed at all. I had 2 disconnects and bonus completely vanished with no response. I have had 6 issues with verification even though its the same process every time. If this isnt proof along with everyone else's complaints, I dont know what is.
And just because other casino's copy others, doesnt mean that suits the customer. It could vary well suit the casino while portraying 10 free spins wager free a good thing. It may entice new players but anyone who gets used to the system and plays it alot, knows it not very good. Again, as we can see from the feedback from most members who are familiar with it

It goes hand in hand. When you see the exact same issues with certain departments month after month, it is no longer about growing too quick. Its about growing quickly and forgetting about pleasing your already solidified customer base because you are pushing forward. To have the same issues with many players over and over, is lack of caring. To not respond to player issues by email or whatever means, that is a lack of caring. I would have to say growing too big is not a good enough reason for repetitive flaws.

Its fairly decent in the overall scheme of things and fairly advertised. My personal experience may be worse than others hence why I more pissed off than some and ready to stop depositing while others just grumble. Just because they continue to grow doesnt really mean much.
