#2. the VIP here is easily the worst I have seen of any popular casino. To be a heavy depositer and a loser in the casino and ask for a deposit bonus once in a blue moon and get refused any time I ask is pathetic. Actually not just the vip, the entire reward system is the sucks

#3. Terrible staff that work in the cashier section. I had a huge issue again with verification. I couldnt deposit or cashout. I was told for an entire week something was wrong with the system. I know there wasnt anything wrong, it was the same thing its been the past year. The stupid prepaid card issue. I tried telling Dan and the staff here this for a week. And they looked for a problem that did not exist. All that needed to be done was what I told them and what they had done time and time again. Deactivate and verify the cards. I know its poor communication and someone with an ego in the cashier section. Because I had this exact same error and same issue many times and after I made them listen to me and stip being bull headed, it worked. But this time I didn t bother. But sure enough once I had cashout problems, they deactivated and verified my cards and low and behold I could deposit and withdraw again. There was no magical error. It was incompetence. OPEN YOUR EARS. There is no need for an ego.

#4. Suggestions made by us get the same rinse and repeat answers. "Thank you for your feedback and I will bring this up in our next meeting". Not one thing has really changed at any of our suggestions or problems.

#5. The Canadian freeroll wager. No need to explain.

#6. The worst returns of any casino Ive ever played in aside from 32red.

Again, videoslots has become too large and too busy and they have lost the will to please the customer, pay attention or help them.

I will be taking a break from videoslots and watching this thread to see if things improve. If they dont, I wont be back. People need to start speaking with their wallets and not just complaining and continue to deposit.

Sorry for the rant but ive given this casino praise when they deserved it so they need to hear it when they dont.

And yes Dan is great. I gave them a rating before of about 6 but with Dan like an 8

From the constant issues. I would give videoslots a 5.5/10 rating and with Dan the 8 stays. I hope they pay you more than themselves without you I dont think you would have even 10% of the player base you have now.

Some people in your casino need some training and more employees.

Hi all,

We have the last day had some latency issues that we have now resolved but I would like to explain how it works when you place a bet and what could be good to think of.

This is how it works when someone places a bet on our casino.

A player presses spin on a game and that creates a call is that will be sent to our servers and our servers are located in Malta. Our servers will then respond to the call by sending it to the game server that can be located somewhere else in the world that then will reply back to us with the result and we do then send the result to the player.

This means that a player who plays from another continent far away like Canada as an example, that it can lag or have delays since the call made to the servers have to travel such a far distance.

You do also increase the risk of having latency or have slow spins if you play on Mobile or WIFI since the connection is not always 100% stable.

We do understand that smooth gameplay is important and trying to make sure it is as good as possible.

I am also sorry to read about your experience on our casino lockinlove but you do know I have taken your feedback and provided it to management during our private messages like when we solved the prepaid card issue that you experienced earlier this year. Your feedback does not get ignored it's just some things takes longer to look at than others. You are always more than welcome to contact me if you would have any questions in the future.

On some machines you can click that mouse as fast as you can click it and all is good, Now if servers can response that quick than I really do not think a few extra miles is going to matter
Yes over mobile they can be some interference but in reality you can wrap the the fiber-optic around the word 100 times and make no difference

I can click the mouse like 3 times on some machines in one second and do 3 spins on the machine, thats 3x the distance, x3 different sending back and fourth, hense stating due to being in Canada makes a difference is wrong

I also think that the site is drooping, The rewards system needs booting, I have to agree with lockinlove here, and most of the time all we do hear is (sent you a PM) well I have had a few PM myself and nothing as come back from my response? The prepaid card issue is a big one for me too. It takes forever to get verified. Even when I contact Cs. I get it takes 24 hours. There has to be a way to accept these cards without need for verification again and again. and again.

Its good that everyone here has repeated it over and over that its not you we get mad at because if you thought that your responses would be much like the betat reps responses. Angry, sarcastic and short which I thought was a huge turn off.

I sometimes feel bad when I get really pissed off because it might cause you heart ache when your managers or whoever deserve it the most.

I think your crew needs to get it out of their head that the reward system is amazing. This is the number one reason I get told no deposit bonus from Kenny. He thinks because we get wager free 10 cent spins and a bit of cashback/rake race that its the golden prize.

I use the example of my depositing alot and being down a couple of grand as my reason for being pissed off this guy wont give me a deposit bonus ever. But even the smaller depositers deserve something since their returns on the reward system isnt very good.

It seems he thinks me getting $50 wager free cashback is amazing. What he doesnt realize is it may cost me $1000 and thousands wagered to get that. Like, I actually think I dislike him lol.

Im a big believer that if I have had enough and I complain about it, then I should not be depositing and supporting something I dont agree with. Its simple right? If I dont like some stuff that much then dont deposit and play. So I wont.

I think what bothers me the most is I see people on twitch getting all kinds of bonuses and some a $500 freechip with 35x wager. from you guys Sure they bring you some signups but if you can do that for them then you can stop being so stingy to frequent depositors.

But lets talk about last week when I had a golden ticket bonus and the game didnt pay properly and it took like $35 from me. I contacted you and never heard back. There were a bunch of stars or a higher symbol..like 9-12 of them and it didnt pay me.

Then the deposit/withdraw issue. Nobody ever got back to me about that. And as far as anyone is concerned I still cant deposit or withdraw. It only got fixed after I pushed for something to be done. You are not bound to any commission rule to implement your prepaid policy like you guys do. So get rid of it for god sake.


Stop forgetting about your players. You guys need to hire at least 50 new experienced staff in my opinion and more VIP staff not named kenny :o

Hey, leave Kenny alone. I had the pleasure of meeting him last year in Malta and he genuinely is a very nice chap.

And yes i have vented my frustration to him when some freebies would have been nice after some losses but I can see his hands are tied and lets be honest we are probably small fry in the big scheme of things.
 
I personally feel that videoslots has improved over the past year on what was already an outstanding casino. They have been giving back even more.

If videoslots have became too big for their boots and no longer customer focused like they used to be then why would they sanction Dan spending so much of his talented time on dealing with every issue raised at all hours of the day 7 days per week?

You know my thoughts on this, lagging games, lack of play time, little rewards and impossible battles - I get better at other casino's so seldom deposit there now - I joined because of the reviews on here and I have yet to see what is so great about the site, the site that is and not Dan as I am sure he only does as he is told.
 
I have to agree with lockinlove on many points , videoslots has got to big for its boots , thats if you like it or not , there cs is pretty poor to be honest , although Kenny might be a nice bloke the chains of command are telling him what to do , i cannot recall such a poor VIP department anywhere other than videoslots, it really is a total shambles .

Cash back is poor although you have to look at it being free , don't forget how much that cashback cost you as a player.

Dan does not work in certain area's. VIP and the cashier section which is where the complaints come from. Dan can message people with our concerns but if they are too busy it falls through the cracks. So I would say its quite apparent they have grown too large and lost the personal touch when they cant get it right.

I have had a couple game errors that were not addressed at all. I had 2 disconnects and bonus completely vanished with no response. It is proof of your own personal experience but it is not proof that they do not care. It could well be a sign that they are growing faster than they can easily keep up with. But that is no indication that they do not care.
As for you pointing towards most members comments goes. Do you not think that the silent majority are content? If that where not the case then how come they continue to prosper?

It goes hand in hand. When you see the exact same issues with certain departments month after month, it is no longer about growing too quick. Its about growing quickly and forgetting about pleasing your already solidified customer base because you are pushing forward. To have the same issues with many players over and over, is lack of caring. To not respond to player issues by email or whatever means, that is a lack of caring. I would have to say growing too big is not a good enough reason for repetitive flaws.

Playtech and GamesOS are doing a maintenance update right. The reason behind the maintenance update is that they had to do some changes to get their games to work after we did our fix to reduce the latency issues that we had on all our games. We are chasing them to hurry up and we hope they will be back up soon.

Playing back here after a few weeks break. Bonanza kept timing out and had to restart the game at least 3 times. Terrible lag on this one. Almost unplayable in the latest version of Fire Fox. I love VS but site is slow as hell ... ended up trying to load RR early hours .... it was no go in Either FF or Chrome. Cashed out my initial deposit and played the rest down as could not be bothered with the lag. Hope they fix soon!

Major lag is getting to be a real pain in the arse!

The lag is so bad at the moment its making me wonder why I bother!
Its been pretty bad on and off now for over a week with server disconnection problems and games failing to load and it needs to get sorted.

I don't mind spending money on this site but if it continues to be painful to try and play I will mind!!!

*added note* rather than keep adding more and more games how about getting the existing ones working correctly?

As far as we can tell, the amount of games we have is unrelated to the connectivity problems, it is currently being investigated and we hope to have some improvements within a reasonable time.
