Is there not a bin list? It took me 3 seconds to determine my card was a prepaid. Surely if I can detemine the card type with a cursory look, the casino can.

Today I was playing Viking Runecraft and I noticed that I get spoiled of what I will win. I triggered the Ragnarok feature which you know can lead you to "mega wins", however even before the feature started I got the "Big Win" trophy popping up, which meant I knew I didn't actually win much.

And rightly so, I didn't even get the 2x multiplier..

Can you look at delaying the trophy popping up please.. this was in particular frustrating to see...

Onto another topic. The level up feature in videoslots is such a nice feature and gives yet another reason to keep playing. However, the first 20 or so levels were "easy" to get, but I think I've been stuck at level 20 for over a year despite playing almost daily and usually for many hours.

Would it be possible to have some changes made to the leveling system, so loyal players could expect level ups if playing regularly? Perhaps scale the rewards a bit down in turn. :notworthy:notworthy:notworthy

No will be the answer, yes video slots is a great site but once you get to them levels than rewards are just about gone, go back a year ago on this same thread and the same questions about this topic are still being asked.

Hense reason I really stooped playing as you get no standerd bonus and rely on rewards and cash back and race, When no rewards are coming in and you lucks out than no cash back either than your not getting nothing in return,

OK if your not after a bonus or rewards but if you are than your about stuffed

Was playing new game creepy castle on my iPad....the amount won and the amount added to my total were not displaying correctly. ....very disconcerting...I would win 1$ and the winnings in the box would say 2.83$ or vice versa....not very fun as I didn't know what I was winning....and if it was being added properly to my total....if these providers cannot provide a proper working slot for iPads and mobiles why release them for iPad and mobile. this goes beyond a glitch....

On the first screen shot that was displayed after free spins $93.60 but only added about 46$ and change to my total winnings

On the second screenshot it was during base game...my winning were $33.50 which was added correctly to my total but the bottom window said I only won $12.42

It was confusing to sat the least...and not enjoyable to keep track if my winnings were being added correctly.

Videoslots does not accept valid Norvegian ID.

In Norway passport, drivinglicence and Visacard with photo is valid as
proof of identity anywhere in Norway. I have sent a copy of my Visacard with photo, but what is accepted in Norway is not accepted by videoslots. I sent exactly the same card for verificaton to Casinoroom, and that was accepted.

I really am confused by them aswell. I have received them every tuesday since i started playing at VS. besides one week early on i believe. Wow the RTP on these is not impressive may I say. If there are Jackpots attached I can see where this comes from.

Also Dan, may I be so free to ask what the RTP is on Great Blue (Playtech).
As I understood their slots come in various RTP settings?
Holy mother, I have some trouble triggering the FS on this one.

Played it on other casino's and cannot remember a time I had so much trouble hitting the FS.
