All those amatic and mercury slots should be played with caution....you can go 30 to 40 spins without a win...bet size shouldn't exceed 40 to 50 cents and even then....but if your patient and have a big bank roll....it can pay off pretty handsomely.

I found this game utterly brutal.I can not recall seeing so many runs of winless spins. What is annoying too is having to constantly reset the options after the smallest of wins after a bonus round.

I do not know by heart what games or providers that have a cap like that but I would always recommend everyone to read the game rules before playing a game. I think this slot could possibly be the worse I have ever played! Tried it twice and lost a fortune trying to hit the bonus round. I will pass on this contest and pass on this dreadful slot.

That was my conclusion once I achieved the first two awards for it and took in how much I had lost to gain them. There is no doubt that there is the potential to hit some very big wins even in the base game,but not once did I get a win from those highest icons in hundreds of spins.

Just to be clear, you will pay 100% of any win on any game, no matter if there is a cap or not?
Or you mean that you will always pay up to 250,000. But above that only if the terms have no cap?

I get it if there is no list of games with a cap like that, and you can't search 2000 game terms to answer.
I trust you and BTG. This is why I ask, BTG told us that if there is a cap it is from the casino (they don't cap winnings) and it would be inside the game info. The thing is I found a casino that had the cap outside the game info, on another page! Bonanza has huge potential and I want to be 100% sure. So could you please confirm, just about Bonanza, that you have no cap on winnings and you will pay 100% of a win on a single spin no matter how big it is, even bigger than 1 million?

As a side note, good advice to read the game rules, but they usually don’t reveal what can happen, not really. Many big winning combinations are possible in theory, but will never happen in play. Providers work hard to make us think it is easier to win than it actually is, and how exactly a slot pays is considered IP and top secret. This slot is the ultimate piece of garbage and Im quite offended that a slot provider will make a game like this. Its like press this button sucker and give me all your money. Wow, just hit a nice one for the first time in 6 months, finally able to withdraw....however due to the fact that I once used the remainder of a pre-paid credit card I had bought to order something for my kids online, there was change from a $100.00 prepaid card....so I used it at Video Slots. Now my $500.00 win is being held, awaiting verification of a card I tossed in the trash. Told there is nothing I can do, security team is requesting the card.... over a $10 deposit from a card I tossed in the trash for which I had no further use, and even comes up as a prepaid card. Not the behavior I expected from a casino I deposited thousands at with my regular deposit method, and once deposit with a prepaid card and get treated like a criminal.

This truly was the last straw. I played intermediary on more than one issue on my account, and with a friends account. Videoslots has found the most imaginative ways to block an account and get people to spend all their money back, on the weakest of obscure one offs....if there is a way for them to take advantage they will. Not Dan, but the damn security team at VS. This has cost my friend money, and now me money. My only regret is having started at this sham outfit to begin with. I wish I had stayed with a casino worth their salt like 32 red. You certainly had to wait for your money, but when you finally hit something they didn't find every stupid reason to prevent you from having access to it.

What does one answer to something like this? Does that make any sense to you, I fight and kick and scream to w/d, even you say you checked with security team and that It would not be possible to w/d unless they had an affidavit, and a copy of said card. You did offer a play block, but I asked you point blank what the point would be with such restrictions in place that I was unable to meet in a timely fashion. You gave no indication that you were waiting for any further info from anybody, you simply regurgitated the line about the affidavit and card copy I would require to be "allowed" to w/d. Nice to come charging in after the fact like a white knight, but it doesn't come close to portraying the sequence of events, nor does it justify the many hours that money wasn't going to be coming to me. If you guys do these types of things to customers on a regular basis, and my personal experience is that you do, then I feel your casinomeister score should be reflecting this. Dan you are an awesome dude, but the casino is nothing but wrong in this instance. You held my money up and gave me only an indication that the paperwork and card would need to be produced before I could access my own money. It seems like "any excuse will do" to hold up a w/d with you guys, and it leaves an awful taste in my mouth. A casino that is rated 9.8 shouldn't be leaving a rogueish feeling in a customer after 6 months of near daily deposits that you gladly accepted....to one withdrawal. I had to go through 2 reps, a supervisor and then you with 7 or 8 emails before anything happened, and by then it was just too late.

Dan, the credit card in question was used in Feb, for one transaction of 10 dollars. Never before and not since has any credit card been used on the account. There have been over 100 deposits since that transaction. At no time since did you guys email me asking for any type of validation/verification. Yourself, support and the security team denied my request to withdraw not once, not twice, but literally ten times. At no point did you or anyone else indicate it would be possible in any way to resolve this issue without the affidavit and the card, something it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to produce, and everyone involved knew that. That is why I am saying you totally mistreated me here. If you had left even a shred of a doubt in my mind I would have waited, but even you said that the process had to be followed, and you did NOT indicate you would be looking into anything further. Therefore I spent the money. Your exact words were to provide the card and affidavit and then you guys would consider removing the block. Not before, and it wasn't possible to do, since the card is long gone. I'm done hijacking this thread with my comments, but I am no less pissed off at the situation and namely the casino.

I made a thread about this last year. I truly figured videoslots would have veered from this terrible term by now. Im really disappointed they are still using this method its easily the most ridiculous request ever.

You are going to have to sign a piece of paper, take a picture and send it to them. They will email you what needs to be said.

Already losing you winnings? Have some self control and dont play for a day.

This issue with expired card verification comes up too often. Why not all casinos ask for the photo or whatever before the 1st deposit? It is not that hard, the card is on players hand at the moment, it will only take a minute.

This is really the only casino on the internet that asks for prepaid cards. Any other casino ask for it and then you tell them its a prepaid and they get confirmation of that and dont request it. photo id, a bill and bank statement is always enough.

They need to stop asking for prepaid card verification. It proves absolutely nothing on them anyways. Its a blank card with numbers. There is no name or anything. I will always call out videoslots for this. Its beyond ridiculous for the players to have to deal with it

I use Neteller only. But I see it many times here to be a problem for others, so maybe it would be better to force them do it. Something easy, fast and secure that will satisfy you and be no trouble for players.

We have still not been able to see this information and this makes it hard for us to know if the card is prepaid or not. Contacted support explaining I am fully verified and this must be a mistake. Get the following response:

"I can see you have not verified your bank account. Otherwise you are verified. UK Gaming Laws require us to
make a full verification which includes also bank account verification. Take a screen-shot of your bank account
or download a bank statement as .pdf and upload that on our website, thank you."


When would you need bank account details for verification??? I am never going to use that as a withdraw option so why would you need it? Someone is in the wrong here.

You should maybe train your agents a little better, most complaints seem to be centered around verification, which do seem to get sorted out pretty quickly once you get involved. Would it not be better to just train all the agents to do things properly rather than you have to keep sorting things out?
 
So I guess the "Quickspin Loyalty" program was a bust or something? I no longer see it on Sakura Fortune and the icon would appear in the upper left hand side of the slot if it was enabled...

Can you not clone your self and stick a few on live hep :) better still a few dozen and send them to other casino's,

I do think this card business is getting abit over board, if someone is already verified than I see no harm in how they get paid, its just causing more problems and time for both parties

I need some sort of sleep. just been drinking some wine called secret cellar, its got some bloody secret in it as making my head spin
