I will more than likely be following you and leaving VS behind, which I am sad to say as the site is great, Dan couldn't be any better but like you I have won less than 40% of my deposits along with the cashback. I agree, and would like to know why my "luck" is also the worst at this casino, I think they do set the RTP lower than others and earning $ 20-30 for booster is a joke now for deposits around $ 1000 a week (at least). I can guarantee that we do not affect the game or the RTP on our site. We actually choose the highest RTP for the player to have the best possible chance to win, but as we all know, and have experienced that sometimes lady luck is not always on our side.

The free spins on a Tuesday have been dire for weeks, you only have to look at the free spins thread to see people complaining about the dead spins being dished out. I really can't see what puts this casino above any other accredited casino who offer rewards that are so much better. Fast withdrawals are not the be all end all of a good casino.

I have watched this thread for weeks and whilst I accept Dan's hands are tied to a certain extent, there are so many issues 'being taken into the next meeting' and they remain outstanding for weeks on end, you only have to look back through this thread.

I know some of you will think this is sour grapes but I expect to lose at least most of the time but on the other hand some game play would be good too, which I have not had for in excess of 20 deposits and before my one win, things were pretty dire then too.

I wish you all the best of luck, but for me in the meantime I am done with slots - I can't continue to play when random does not appear so random after all.

Oh I don't blame Videoslots, it was my choice to deposit there and I was not mad, just frustrated that whatever game I played all I got were dead spins and pennies in any race if I managed to actually win anything.

I am not normally a moaner and take things in my stride, this is not an excuse but rather an explanation, I was working from home during the day and looking after my father through the night who had terminal cancer and he wanted to die at home. Little sleep and an emotional rollercoaster all contributed to my frustration but now I am coming out of the other end having buried him on Monday

My experience at Videoslots has been great. I don't always win but I find it is the best value for money casino that there is. I never shoot high when it comes to my expectations of what a reasonable withdrawal is.
I do however understand that feeling when you log out of a slot and make a withdrawal. There is such a finality to it when you really want to continue.
I am not suggesting that knowing when to stop is the issue with folk who have recently posted in this thread. But I often wonder if some people don't know when to stop?

Ha! I have lost way more then I am happy to say at VS. BUT! And it's a big but! It has nothing to do with not cashing out when I should, I only reached 700 dollars, and wont say how much I have deposited in a year. VS is very convenient, and should be met with " for entertainment purposes only". They stepped up to the plate when I was sick, where as no other casino except Trada did, and for that, I am grateful.
