yes as much as I love them i'm not a happy camper either right now...and i think if it wasn't for dan on this forum i would have left a while back...i had a terrible session last night...i cannot play at this casino on my ipad...i have to pick and choose which games to play as not all games work...some mg games work on my ipad...and gameart slots shouldn't be allowed to have their games available on ipad or mobile....they DO NOT work...dan...i'm sorry i was gonna send you a pm...but they are unplayable...and honestly the amount of times i had to load and reload games...was ridiculous...and the disconnections and the lag on playngo...
sorry for the rant...you know i am a big fan of this casino...but i am beyond frustrated and upset as the way things have been going...and yes these are first world problems....
I agree. If it wasnt for Dan I would have given this casino the boot a long, long time ago.
That 9.8 rating. Id say dan made it that high alone. if it wasnt for him I would say they would be at a 6 or 7.
Let me explain my situation a little bit. Ive been speaking to Dan in PM about this as I didnt think bashing or complaining on here would help but I think its my duty to share it just so other players can be warned and keep an eye out on their banking.
3 weeks ago I cashed out $2200. Now because I play alot I have money moving into my gaming account alot. I missed that I didnt get the $2200 when looking at my bank yesterday. And I was like wow thats weird. Then I noticed a $1200 cashout was rejected. Both videoslots transactions.
I contact their department and find out the $1200 was rejected because they didnt give them my proper bank details that I provided to them 5 times.
The $2200 was rejected for the same reason. And strange enough the casino never told me about this or added the funds back to my account. I was only given that money back yesterday after asking about it and sending in a bank statement to prove I never got it. Like hello. What if I didnt notice. I would be out $2200? Yeah it would be my fault if I didnt notice too but seriously what the hell.
So I had $3400 missing which $2200 of it was missing for weeks until I brought it to their attention. This is unacceptable of any casino.
This is not Dans fault so this isnt a hit on him personally but its the financial department and the management for not making sure things are running smooth,
I will once again suggest, if you dont have the proper amount of employees to work sufficiently, hire more please.
Point being. Watch your transactions and without Dan this casino wold be a mess.
