I'm probably not the one who can answer that question. I only started gambling online in earnest in January 2015. I had done some occasionally in the previous dozen of years.

Canada is seen as a grey market but some slot companies see us as part of the American market, where online gambling is dominated by the RTG (Real Time Gaming) casinos. I think they want something from the Canadians before they allow us to play their games or perhaps they don't want Canada to play period. Who knows?

The provincial government run all our casinos and lotteries and they pretty much can set their own rules as they have a monopoly. Interestingly, WMS can be played in British Columbia, Manitoba and Quebec but our shitty online casino in Ontario only features IGT and some Bally and it isn't even mobile. Then again, Ontario is the joke of Canada as far as I'm concerned.

Hi guys just a warning to everyone. It seems there is a glitch with the cashback system. I will be emailing videoslots my VIP contact and might get Dan into this. I noticed this last night and heave checked again today.

NO cashback has been added. I made a deposit of around £25 last night got very lucky session and was playing for hours. I managed to get couple quid on different slots and total was around £5. BUT here comes the bad part. Despite showing it has not been added in system to my cashback updated balance it still just shows total for march is £0.90.

So for everyone else i would suggest you check your cashback every time you play as seems to be a glitch in system I am even suspicious that maybe more cashback has not been given me in past.

One way you can check how much cashback u should get is to check in your account under " Notification history" as this will show you what cashback amounts u have earned from each slot u leave. Problem though is it only shows 2 pages for me and last couple sessions. So not possible to check longer back in time. And cashback earned on different slots back in time is not possible to find anywhere only game history and deposit/withdrawals.

This is why I would suggest any of you to check every time you play and maybe have a spreadsheet you put figures into as that is what i will do for now.

I will report back here when i get answers and this glitch has been looked into as i fear many of you have also lost out on cashback and not been given everything. It could be this glitch only happened last night I do not know for sure as i know in past session most time i seem to have received cashback. And it would show in account overview under " My Cashback Balance".

It's known since earlier that some do get problems entering the tourney. It's no use to be upset if you don't know why they don't play. It have happened to me to a few times.

Now I think Videoslots are overloading. Nothing seems to work, or is it just for me?
