I have had about the worst luck of any casino ever with videoslots. So many deposits gone so quickly. A huge sample size too.

Even getting $150 cash back and like $60 race rake a week gone so quickly.

Easily the worst casino ive ever run in.

I ended up accepting defeat and limiting my account.

videoslots is a really great casino but sadly it looks as though its one of those casinos where I just get slaughtered no matter what. I hate when that happens with a casino you like

maybe you have to think about who actually funds the $30 depositer who ends up wagering that small deposit into $89 cashback,$25 race money,$33 in fs rewards wins and cashes out $300 from a good run on bonanza?

Does it really matter where you play? I once complained to Kenny about my streak of bad luck...how I was winning everywhere else to come spend it at VS to lose and he said...we have no control over the games....so....

To me it does lol.

Not sure why. Put it down to bad luck, coincidence, whatever but some casinos just kill me. 32red was the same. About 100 deposits and never a cashout or a win. Rizk and guts the same. I left those 3 casinos years ago. And now it looks to be videoslots.

Then my winners are slotsmillion and fortune lounge where I seem to run normal.

If you read some of my latest posts I say as well balance and deposits have been gone quite quickly. I may play this weekend though but I have not played like all week and I lose interest in playing cause it's like why bother if it's gone so quickly. Defo need to get back to a live casino, Maybe in 2 weeks I will be at Fallsview though.:)

Cashback not paying right? Missing games?

I was playing(losing) on bonanza earlier and after the session I checked my notifications to see what cashback was earned but only the race position was updated.

Games I had earlier played were showing the notification e.g. 04/03/17 xx:xx:xx GMT You just earned GBP x.xx cashback in Book of Dead. Well played!

Now this isn't the first time this has happened so I thought I would check with live support that Bonanza does count towards cashback and sure enough it does.

I asked support if it was showing any cash from bonanza and got a vague reply that it appeared to have given me cashback in the past, so I asked for a log of all games that had given me cashback in the last two weeks and recieved a list of games from Date 2017-02-18 - 2017-03-05.

Now I have played the games on the list and Bonanza is on it(but I have played it plenty over the last few weeks) but i've also played a lot more in the last week that are not listed.

I did notice after finishing my session on bonanza today Videoslots had logged me out so I am wondering if this affects cashback?

I am currently awaiting Videoslots reply but am wondering if anyone else here has had any cashback problems or occasions where the amount earned seems wrong compared to the amount played?

I received an email saying they have checked the rest of the games that I listed and those games have produced cashback too... and why do I think its not been paid?

....... Well if you sent me a full bloody list in the first place I wouldn't be questioning it!!

This has happened to me a few times. No pop up for cashback because the system logged me out. I always assumed that the cashback has been credited.

The Cashback works like this, it is calculated once per day around midnight and the notification you receive when exiting the game is an approximation of the Cashback you have earned. If you are playing with two games at the same time, the game you started last will be the game on the notification no matter which one you close.

Regarding the missing voucher, we hade some issues with our e-mail server this week. The cause of the problem was identified and fixed, so upcoming vouchers should work as intended. Should you experience any problems you can always send me a message and I will investigate it.

I stupidly tried to set my bet limit to £1 a spin, however it turns out I set a wager limit.

Although I removed the limit it immediately it is still effective! It resets to a £1 wager limit every day. O M G !

It won't even let me play a battle. Bloody thing!! I'm very grumpy :mad:


However, all that said..... my grumpy mood lifted a tad over the weekend. As I couldn't play at VS, I decided to have a play at Will Hill instead.

Struck lucky on one of their Vegas Millions slots and won Major JP at a healthy £1800....

Yeah it happens, network can crash for some reason not just due to hack, it can be from overheating/overload of network system so it has to stop running or else it will get worse. We just have to be patience until it is fixed then.

For me I should not be getting voucher cos I haven't play Videoslots for a while btw.
