This morning at 00.20 I requested a withdrawal and since then until the withdrawal request was completed I felt very let down. I got the distinct impression that half the team where either drunk or out having a jolly! It took a full 10 minutes ( YES 10 ) for them to process my request.

You can try using Instadebit, Instant Banking by Citadel or Ecopayz. These are very popular methods among Canadians. Make sure to inform support before you use another method so they can zero out your majority deposit method, so withdrawals will work for above methods.
Don't think you should have your hopes up for card withdrawals in Canada, its blocked by the payment providers.

That's correct when you play all the time with bets below $1.

For $3+ bets you get 3 points and not to forget the extra reward spins, during my marathon i had sometimes 5-10K in extra spins per week.

Still it would be like 1 spin in 15 seconds, 24/7 to get to 160K points.

In reality though @ 3 points / spin it is about 50,000 spins / week, 7150 / day or appr. 300/hour. At the average speed of 1,000 spins / hour that we can do on slots it would be 50 hours or 2 days + 2 hours of a 7 day week if all your bets are higher than $3.

Not too much time needed, just either tons of luck or tons of money!!! I placed a few times in the top10 and according to my records it cost me between $3,000 - $6,400 to achieve that.

Fee for transfer from EP to bank account is $10 and whatever your bank will charge, mostly another $10-15. I am paying $12-14, depending on the THB:$ exchange rate.

It won't be cheaper either way....we are bound to pay fees through our noses.

EP ATM cards come in 3 base currencies --> USD, EUR, GBP. So if you withdraw in a country with a different currency you will pay currency exchange fees, the EcoPayz ATM fee plus whatever the bank who owns the ATM will charge, usually $5-8. You can withdraw maximum EUR250 or currency equivalent per transaction up to 3x per day, up to 8x within 4 days.

A withdrawal of CAD400 can cost you easily 15-20CAD in fees. The only advantage is the convenience. I withdrew once money from an ATM within 5 minutes of making the withdrawal at the casino. VS paid it in 2 minutes and i walked to the ATM just outside my condo and got the dosh.

I make sure i withdraw more from the casino to cover the fees. Still not good as that would be a playable balance but it is what it is.

And here I thought that my "reward" for level 35 was bad (2x for 50 spins).

They should have gave you a real reward, either cash or some gadget. Its over 1 million in wagering and doubt that there are many that achieves level 100.

Rather strange than great. Bonanza has dropped max bet to 5!! By BTG statement, max win ever on this slot is just over 5000x bet. So this doesn't make sence. You said you would get max bet to 100 again.

You are right JD, whenever you have a race reward the structure looks like following:

- 0.20 - 0.99: 2 points instead of 1
- 1.00 - 2.99: 4 points instead of 2
