We have all seen what other casinos do. I see Dan's replied, Like I pointed out above there is one thing they can sort out and that is the terrible banking they have, I know they have our security at hand, But there are a few sites where that amount is set, But maybe this is due to the U.K and credit cards have a limit but not debits, Albeit they do not tell the diffrence between the two which they are planets apart, I think I used a credit card once on a site, won and paid back to my amusement as I nether thought you could get paid on them cards, I am sure something is not right with that 2.3k cap as many players would take that out daily as small change to some, £2.50 charge is not the end of the world as first withdraw is always free but as there is a limit than that should be waved, I would glady give them the 2.50 if I can withdraw that much :)

Getting so tired of this...every time i deposit and want to relax and play the site is down. Last time Dan came on and said the issues were resolved i lost 100 dollars to the site being virtually anplayable....no compensation either. Now i see UK peeps are getting a nice match offer...but never anything for us canuckleheads. This site needs to have a seperate rating for different countries...probably the frustration talking..but i am fed up

Didn't you get the 5 x free spins plus three day free battle ticket? That is all I received as compensation and was more than I expected and more than any other casino would give out in my opinion (just look at the recent problems with Guts / Rizk)

Last week was their fault, but I'm sure they didn't intend for the site to be offline for so long. Sites down, they make no money. If they gave 40000 x 25 sets of free spins out, thats a million spins, around £200000 in value. Even if the RTP was 50% on them then its actually cost them £100k. Thats not counting the money they lost while they were offline.

I'm not sure how they cost you £100, I was playing last week when it went slow then offline. I saw it going slow, came off and played somewhere else. When the site was back online, my balance was the same as it was when I left it.

As for tonight, if it is a DDOS attack, well you could argue its their fault again, as you would think a casino would have decent DDOS protection, and would certainly hope they aren't just relying on Cloudflare for protection, but again, I'm sure its not something they want. As frustrating it is for players when a sites offline, I'm sure its much more frustrating for the casino. They lose money, they lose customers and geta bad reputation if it happens more than once.

However, may i point out that Thailand has never been on the receiving end of a deposit match, nor any other snail mail goodies in whatever form...for some reason nobody likes to give us any extra..... i am sure you agree that 1$ = 1$ no matter from which corner of the world it is coming, unless my maths are totally skewed. however, it seems that casinos calculate differently and for them 1$ from TH is not the same as 1$ from their core countries, especially the UK and Scandinavia :o :rolleyes: :D

I was thinking the same the other day when I tilted (only myself to blame, not looking for sympathy here) on Bonanza and just wished I could block that game from being played in the responsible gambling section of the site.

The last time I made a deposit, I wanted too deposit a different amount to the one stored on their system. So as usual, I had to enter all my card details again. Except I made a mistake entering the expiry date, so the deposit was decline by my bank. No big problem, I entered the numbers again, correctly, waited for the sms etc etc, then played some games.

Tonight, when I tried to make a withdrawal, the system is asking me to verify a 'new' card (my usual card, with the wrong exp date). A card which doesn't exist, and hasn't been used to deposit.

One other thing, which I've just realised, that I'm NOT happy about, is that in order for their 'quick deposit' to work all. Their system must be storing the CCV numbers for all my registered cards. I'm sure it's all very secure and everything. But there have been bigger and more secure systems hacked into.......

I contacted CS and have already had the card removed.

Card numbers and CCV's must be stored somewhere. If all it takes is one click to make a deposit
