Thanks but already wrote to him about account closure, for me I dont think Video Slots is the place to play at...unless you can get me a new account, with clean history... I know a lucky month last year will interfer with future gameplay payout. The software learn how deposits are made and they keep coming even if payout are exremely low so it can lower payout even more for a certain account. No need to give huge winnings and limits are sett to €1000 balance...why allow higer winning when the player stays and keep depositing? So time to leave.

Think about it. You were 35,000 up at one point.

You beat the casino and should have walked because there is only one way that it will go and that is south as you experienced yourself.

Why do you think casinos look after their winners? It is not because they want them to win more, it is because they want their losses back.

And that doesn't just apply to Videoslots, it applies to every casino.

I just went to the website, and it shows the normal videoslots website again, but in an offline cloudflare mode so i guess they are pretty close to be back online can u confirm this dan? i hope so much they are back online shortly!

I can understand the frustration us players get when this happens but a very small price to pay, For us when all said and done we get a great casino experience again,

I get paid nothing for puting in a good word, I just know there worth it

I love VS, I pretty much solely play there but the past couple days have been horrendous. It's Friday evening for me in Canada, so not being able to relax and play is pretty disappointing.

The deposit page doesn't even load at this point and contacting customer support just gets copy/paste responses no matter what question is asked :(

If it wasn't for the PS4 they sent me for Christmas (which still blows me away) my loyalty would be pretty shook.

Here's hoping they fix things soon.

I was able to cashe out 5 min before the site died.
Drinking thai "whisky" is one of the things you only do when you are really drunk, last time i drank it i woke up on a grave yard,slept in some bushes .

I agree with what has been said above (in so many words) that the site not being available due to maintenance is far more preferable than continuing operations with numerous errors and lags. At least players cannot deposit and have unsatisfactory game play. Hope everything is sorted out quickly and properly - VS is a great outfit and I am sure everything will be fine this Sunday.:)

I would, first of all, like to say thank you to everyone for the great support you all have given. I do not have any timeframe yet when the maintenance is over, but this is an update.

We have identified the problem, and we have now got it confirmed that it was because of hardware failure that our new servers performed so poorly. We are right now working on changing everything back to our old servers and then we have to work on fixing our new ones and do more testing than ever before we change to our new servers again in the future.

Compensation.

We will when the servers are confirmed stable again, send out freespins five days in a row to everyone that have made a deposit. We hope that what happened on Friday the 13th can turn into something positive


Regarding Battle of Slots Freerolls.

it's true me and my gf have become very loyal to this site and we don't have a million in the bank to throw around and what we do deposit is all on video slots it's by far the players site I mean yea there's bin issues over the last couple days but I started using this site in June and this is the only time I've had a real issue everything I get a chance to promote video slots to a friend o4 anybody that's interested in online gambling I say video slots Donto even bother with anything else becauseyour not gonna get the best unless your at videoslots

You can see how good VS usually are by the tone of the posts on this thread, when you compare them to posts on threads for other casino's who have problems (Guts I'm looking at you!) you can see the members are much more chilled out and happy on here.

Ok first post so sorry if it's a ramble.

I am happy to announce that all our providers are now working except IGT, but we hope that they will work soon. We do not have any timeframe when this will be sorted right now.

We have investigated what Kerk, Steviedoo and some others have reported to us regarding missing rewards under the player profile, and we can confirm that it is correct. We have located the issue, and we hope that all the missing rewards will be restored during the morning.

I will make an update here when the missing rewards are fixed and when IGT is back.
