Thanks but already wrote to him about account closure, for me I dont think Video Slots is the place to play at...unless you can get me a new account, with clean history... I know a lucky month last year will interfer with future gameplay payout. The software learn how deposits are made and they keep coming even if payout are exremely low so it can lower payout even more for a certain account. No need to give huge winnings and limits are sett to €1000 balance...why allow higer winning when the player stays and keep depositing? So time to leave.
I just went to the website, and it shows the normal videoslots website again, but in an offline cloudflare mode so i guess they are pretty close to be back online can u confirm this dan? i hope so much they are back online shortly!

But please Videoslots, if you are going to do this, don't make it a free for all. Please only extend it those effected and not every Tom, Dick and Harry that were not affected and going to reap the rewards.

They didn't have any choice really, the site kept crashing every time they put it back online so they couldn't keep it online regardless if they wanted to.
I can't remember the last time I had games playing badly on here, excluding the battles which can be a pain at times.
If I owned another casino I would be sending promo emails out today with deposit offers to try to tempt people away from Videoslots while the site was down!

I seriously feel bad for the Videoslots peeps right now. They must be doing their nut in over this mess. I know they are working very,very hard trying to get the site back up. Kudos to Dan for keeping us up to date. Looks like he isn't getting much sleep.
I'm thinking whatever went wrong to cause this situation will make Videoslots better in the long run as they won't let it happen again. That is the kind of casino Videoslots is, learn from mistakes/weaknesses fix them and move on.
This is kind of similar to what happened at BETAT with that DDOS attack so I hope that is not the situation here.
Stupid me has thrown away over $100 across 3 other casinos. Needless to say, it didn't end well. I should have just waited and played where I enjoy playing the most. But alas, I need to feed my addiction.

I would, first of all, like to say thank you to everyone for the great support you all have given. I do not have any timeframe yet when the maintenance is over, but this is an update.
We have identified the problem, and we have now got it confirmed that it was because of hardware failure that our new servers performed so poorly. We are right now working on changing everything back to our old servers and then we have to work on fixing our new ones and do more testing than ever before we change to our new servers again in the future.
Compensation.
We will when the servers are confirmed stable again send out freespins five days in a row to everyone to enjoy. We hope that what happened on friday the 13th can turn into something positive

Good update Dan and well thought out compensation. Giving out free spins for 5 days benefits all players whether they deposited or not and those that deposited in January get a little extra too.

We are happy to announce that our site is back up and running again and we are now back on our old servers and as you can see many of our games are under construction.
The reason why they are under construction is that we have changed IP and our providers need to update their DNS cache. We hope this will be solved during today and that we all can enjoy our favourite slots again.
