I think they have different "coin value" system on different coin version.

I play with USA dollars, I can play at $2.25, but I can't play $0.72 or $0.54 since there is no "0.02" coin value at USA dollar vision.

I do agree with you, but this was a limitation that wasn't on our side but Netents, and it is now fixed. I am sorry if you feel cheated in any way but we had to decide to give out freespins to DoA or something else like cashback multiplier, and we know that you all enjoys getting FS to DoA since it can hit big if you are lucky. The only limitation on our side was that we couldn't set a separate reward depending on what currency you played on so this was the way we did it. Now its same for everyone thnx to the fix from Netent.

We are also working on getting NYX to remove the multiplier on their games since we don't think it's fair that minimum bet for some players is $0.50 but it should be $0.25 as it is with pound and euro.

I can see now that I should have been more informative and transparent yesterday when this subject started.

Yeah, the first withdrawal each day is free. Every subsequent one costs you £2.50 (or currency equivalent). What doesn't help here is the super quick withdrawal speed because you're usually too late to cancel any pending withdrawals to amalgamate the two.

But I rather have the super fast withdrawal speed and put up with the second withdrawal fee.

Why was then the amount of FS @0.90 not adjusted so everybody would have a comparable reward? Could have been 25FS @ 2.25 or 50FS @ 0.90!

E.G.
- This applies to the pre-HTML5 period
- It took on average 1,000 AUD/$ in wagers to complete a trophy for which 25FS were given as reward.
- The reward for Player A was worth AUD 22.50 or 2.25% of the wagered amount
- The reward for Player B was worth $ 56.25 or 5.63% of the wagered amount

That is such a huge discrepancy, especially on DOA. Just screams injustice


One other thing Dan and I really hope you can do something about it. I have no interest, no patience, no sense of being rewarded, no desire..... list not complete, add similar things as you wish ..... to sit now every other day and click trough 50, 100, 150 FS on DOA @ 0.09$.

Reasons:
- low value, lucky if you get to 5 bucks at the end
- no autospin
- no quickspin
- my fingers are hurting after 25FS already
- have to train a parrot to sit at my laptop and click on the mouse every 2-3 seconds

- 25 FS @ 0.90 you at least had some excitement and suspense that you might just hit a monster.

Alternative:
- would it be possible to remove a player from collecting trophies and instead give a higher cashback rate to the equivalent value?

The second reward was a 10% deposit cash bonus. So i earn a reward for wagering but have to pay for it and give you more money to claim it. In what form can that be called a reward?

However, in my view the rewards on DOA have been reduced significantly. If memory serves me right the reward for the '7 wins in a row' trophy was either 10 or even 25FS @ 0.90 as it is not easy to achieve.

I'm even OK with the 10% cash reward as it is a sure 10$ cash, with FS you might get nothing in 10 spins. But what does it help those players who can't deposit 100$ in one shot in the next 7 days to claim the full 10$ reward? It will expire after that and those players got then nothing.

Will stop moaning now as i won't visit the Sheriff very often in the future. The gaming experience on Netent's HTML slots, new or upgraded, is just horrible, totally and utterly horrible.
