are there any plans to change your welcome offer to something more normal, ie where you get a bonus added to the balance straight away, preferably where you can play the cash balance first, and if you win you can withdraw if you haven't touched the bonus, but if not at least say deposit £xx get 2x £xx in the balance?
From an affiliate point of view my registration - FTD stats are awful, easily the worst for any program I promote, especially as I sing your praises more than any other casino, and all I can think is its down to the welcome bonus.
To give an idea of how bad, I have around 3% of registrations made a deposit, and none seem to have made a second deposit, however, Skybet as an example, I get around 20-30% register then deposit (which is high considering they offer a £10 no deposit bonus) then around 70% of those keep playing.
Also, and I don't know if this has changed since I joined, but when I joined it was ages after my first deposit to my second, and I wasn't offered anything, maybe after a month offer a bonus, 200% or something to try to get customers to try you again, or for the first time?
I don't know how other affiliates find conversions but would be interested to hear if anyone does better in case I'm doing something that could be changed

I don't think I have ever had an email from your affiliate team. I can only go from what my stats say and what users say too, how about an option of choosing between the way it is at 20x or the 'normal' way at 35x, just use different landing pages then the affiliates can choose which to promote?

Thats not right, its based on the theoretical profit, otherwise how could they tell you instantly how much CB you have made from playing as soon as you come out the game. When their own staff don't know how it works, its no wonder customers don't have a clue.

I had a black screen couple times but refreshing helped. However for some reason these battles right now lag like hell when playing on Firefox. I'd understand network lag if the servers are under stress (reels would keep spinning, not stopping), but that wasn't the case. It was like i was trying to run this game from a C64. It was a freaking slideshow?! I was excited about this battle ticket but now I'm all but excited .. I'm pissed off. Not only the battles are full in the first two minutes but the lag is unbearable. Great job VS ..

Compared to last time the rush for the battle spots is not as big, I registered and played all battles i wanted to play, no lag, no black screens and no interruptions. So something has improved.

Last night there were still spots left in some races with just 1 minute before the start, e.g. The Invisible Man ... i even posted about it.

Just now, the 500FS battle on Bork has only 235 registrations, plenty of spots left for everybody. Understandably the evening battles at CET time are the busiest ones as then you have most players online.

And one more thing, i would like to highlight....although i am not a fan of the overrun on this battles due to the "free ticket campaign" at the end of the day we are talking about winning a few FS, which then might then lead to 1 or 2$ in winnings, most cases just cents, on rare occasions maybe a tenner or more. Considering we are depositing 1000's every year at online casinos it seems rather ridiculous and laughable to complain that you can't register for a few battles during this campaign.

Well my dear Harry. I think you are due for VIP status and some well deserved perks

Can you tell me the point of the levels? I must be missing something. Level 46 now still haven't got any kind of perk, so why have them? At least send an email saying thanks for spending thousands at our casino have a fake trophy. Never been offered a bonus of any kind so dont think they even care.? just a number. I wish there was a VIP maybe my withdrawals would be processed before 13hrs for once.
