Is it misleading though?

It is no different than casino X advertising get a 100% match bonus. But, like the 25% claim by Videoslots on their cashback, there are T's and C's attached to this offer. Play-through for a starter for casino X's example.

Yes you do get 25% cash-back for each spin that you make. But it is 25% of the profit if you read the T's and C's which actually increases the RTP of the slot by almost 1%.

Yes it is very misleading.
It says 25% of all spins you make so if I bet £10 on one spin then I should get £2.50 cashback. On the main banner on the main page it says nothing about any terms and conditions. In fact £10 would equate to a couple of pence at most, even 10p would be 1% from the spins, nowhere near 25%. Heres the banner, if you can see anything that says terms apply you have better eyesight than me



they aren't really terms and conditions either, the fact is you don't get 25% cashback for each spin, if you want to compare it with a 100% bonus offer then you would have a banner stating for example, Deposit £100 get 100% bonus, nothing else, only those words, then when you deposit you only get say £2 bonus, you can't seriously think everyone would be happy with that, even if they covered it somewhere in the terms and conditions?

VS is easily my favourite casino, and i spend probably 80% of my deposits there, its just little things that are annoying, and from an affiliate point of view I don't really promote them because of the initial bonus offer being confusing for people and things like this, which is a shame as I think with a little tweaking they would be perfect.

I agree 100%. I figured it out, between the races and cashback, I get less then 20% bonus if I deposit $150 that week. And the higher the ranks you go, the harder it is to get any rewards, at least with other casinos, when you finish levels, you get extra perks. I pretty well have given up. If I were you I would never go to support but ask Dan to investigate. I know he have a lot to do but probably it's the only way you can be sure you are treated fair.

I have not took much notice of the trophies and their rewards until just now. I have played at videoslots for many months now and almost exclusively on JATB. I have yet to fulfil two bonuses. A number of times I have played the game from morning until night and it must be almost impossible to achieve 750 win spins per day. The game goes too slowly for that,what with the walking wilds. You did NOT read the T&C which every player should do! Videoslots are very straight up about what they offer. And what do you mean cash back being false advertising ? its pretty clear to me how it works and its one of the best if the not thee best comp programs in casino land. The bonus balance will be paid into your real cash balance in 10% increments. That means you're always playing with real money. So if you take what it says in the promotion page at face value, forfeiting the bonus forfeits your bonus balance. Nowhere it says it forfeits your bonus balance and all of your cash balance except for your deposit.

I made a deposit every day, I just didnt meet the wagering requirements. As far as the cashback. I was told twice by 2 different people that its not for deposits OR wagering. It really doesn't because it doesn't make any sense. Luckily there was a discussion about the cashback exactly ten pages ago so I was able to find the discussion easily and I have to agree with what others said there, the way the 25% cashback is advertised is false advertising to say the least.

Literally the first sentence there says '' You get 25% cashback from all bets made '' ... But then in How cashback is calculated, you say it's 25% of daily profits. These two things are entirely different, if it was 25% cashback from all bets made then for every 10€ you wagered, you'd gain 2,5€. Obviously this cannot be true, and isn't true, but that's what it says there, and that's my biggest complaint. It's like it's made to sound like an amazing deal on purpose at first but then later it suddenly changes from 25% of all bets to 25% of daily profits - an arbitrary number/statement to say the least since the formula for calculating cashback is nothing but simple.

It is quite simple to work out.

You take the RTP and work out quarter of house edge.

For instance a 96% RTP slot has a house edge of 4p in the pound. Yiuvwill therefore get 1p cash back for each pound bet.

It us based on the casino theoretical RTP and casino profit derived therein
