My balance went to zero so like every other casino the bonus should be taken off the account. Did another deposit so I can play free and clear on my own money, Bonus still on account and had a hit and wanted to do a withdrawal of my OWN MONEY. Casino took my money in regards to what little I cleared from the bonus off my withdrawal which is not from the deposit to get the bonus in the first place.. So they TOOK MY MONEY!.

I know that and I did check, no it's not clear that's the problem! NOTHING IS STATED REGARDING THIS PARTICULAR BONUS. They can get sued.


The deposit for the bonus and any money won with the bonus is cleared and was played, Any remaining bonus should be taken off the account.

You can't hold people hostage and steal their money deposit after deposit to clear a REWARDS bonus.
So basically this reward is a no you have to pay us the bonus so you can get your money. Basically I was charged $40-$60 to do a withdraw of my own money!

So please just return my money that was taken off my withdrawal please.

sigh, I think you need a chill pill. I was helping Harry. Obviously you did not read all the posts or understand either what is going on, So no it was not easy to "forfeit" the bonus.

I am posting this complaint for all of you as well, That is what this forum is suppose to be about, Protecting the players and have some legislation. Your post is a prime example of why me and a few others don't post or don't want to post here anymore cause people come along and start trouble.

This situation has a very easy resolution which I told the rep and posted in the complaint thread, Mostly Just change how they do bonuses and disclose the terms so their are no future problems for anyone and make it right on my end.

On VS it may seem like you have cleared it but as it only goes on in 10% increments you may only be like 20 - 30% in to bonus, Example deposit £10 with £10 bonus you have to wager £300 if wager is 30x You only see your original deposit / balance in your account, For every £30 spent than £1 of that hidden bonus will be released, You can end up putting like £100 in and wager still not cleard,

It is abit confusing especially as its a bonus system you do not see much or at all, I am not 100% sure if you can withdraw while this is active nor if you cancel while you have a balance, What I do know is that you can cancel it by going to your account, But again unsure if this will wipe any balance off, So I just wait untill busted out,
