Hi Lucas,

I tried the other Yggdrasil slots as well and they all had the same error, this is by just going to the web site and not logging in or anything just launching the game, tried different browsers as well and still the same.

I registered an account to see if I get the same when logged in but can't see how to play for fun when logged in

I made a small deposit to try it for real and it worked fine then logged out and still had the issue. I've tried messing about to see if i can find anything causing it but no luck on that

Solved it.

when I go to the homepage I have GBP selected at the top of the page, if I change it to Euro the game behaves correctly with the correct balance, if I change it back to GBP it gives the wrong balance so it is just doing some kind of currency exchange by the look of it

Question for you! How does the 25% cashback work? I started reading and thought it would be 25% of what you deposit but then got confused when 25% daily profit was mentioned. Am I correct in my original assumption that it is 25% back of what you deposit?
 
Nothing to do with your deposit mate. I thought the same but was wrong. Based on their daily profits, which we don't know the figures.

It's pretty random. Once I got over $300 cash back, another time $80. This week I deposited $380 and have $27 waiting for me in cash back. As it's based on their daily profits, I might start only playing at VS on weekends, which I'd assume are their busier nights.

Hi Lucas, can you please tell me what time exactly the final stats on the races is updated once the clock ticks over to 12:01am following the final race day?

Also, I've been a long term member but have never made a single withdrawal. I have only ever deposited via visa card, however, if I wanted to make my first withdrawal to neteller, is it allowed, and how long would it take? My identification was processed long ago.

The final stats on the casino races are updated between 4am - 6am GMT.

Should you want to make a withdrawal to Neteller, you will need to first make a deposit via the same payment method. It usually takes between 1 to 2 hours, and sometimes it can take a little longer with a maximum of up to 12 hours.

Good morning. :)

So, Yggdrasil got back to us, and informed us that the difference in balance at the bottom of the game screen can be a result of either one of two things:

1) If a player arrives on the site from for instance GB they will automatically get GBP in the session. However, if they should select another currency in the top right drop down menu, then that would be the currency used in the session.

2) When players are using a proxy and or selecting a "private surfing" option and get an IP in another country. So a player coming from the UK might automatically get USD as a currency right away because of that.

Therefore it's important for all players to keep these two possibilities in mind in the rare event that they come across a similar situation as above, in order to avoid any confusion.

Only problem is, i've been playing NetEnt for over a year and don't have a single memory of winning:confused: I guess I must just be unlucky.... It seems people either love or hate NetEnt and not much inbetween.

Otherwise great casino...there's only one thing I don't like:

"Your bonus money will be paid out in 10% increments."

So if I'm unlucky or well more accurately...if I'm not lucky...I won't get full deposit bonus. I did take the first welcome bonus though and was somewhat lucky but played it all back (silly me...but was fun!). Everything worked smoothly...I really liked the cashback offer (got around 25€ back from my 50€ deposit).

But the bonuses are not the greatest this is what I was just offered by email......"5 free spins on starburst" and I'd better hurry up as its limited to the first 1000 players.

I agree completely, it is my best casino experience in 7 years, IMO it is top-ten. As with regard to bonuses, I think that their cash back offer is pretty unique, yesterday I got 130EURO cash back and quickly turned it into 1200EURO and there is no wager requirement and on top of that is the pretty generous casino race money. So for us players that are not so skilled with bonuses this site is a great alternative.

I myself made 7 big deposits. I lost each one extremely fast. Although I kept my account open, I doubt I will be playing there Again.

They offered me 30 free rooms revenge spins for pointing out a glitch but I refused them. I asked Am we to give it to someone else.

Their over all pay out rate is 94% according to an email they sent me. It's 2% less than many other accredited casinos. 2% in this business is a little but dangerous.

Even though I had issues with them, I let it go. Deposited again and tried. But concluded that their bonuses are extremely not bonuses but cash back on losses equivant to loyalty points on many other casinos and the payout rate is just not for anyone who want consinstancy.

Better u closed your account mate. 25 deposits. Wow. I feel for you. Try some odd matrix casinos. They pay out much better.

Hope all is well. It is on my side.

I put another 750 in videoslots after the problem we had. Maybe u didn't see my final conclusion but I am guessing it was just an internet connection issue.

All is forgotten with that.

Anyway. I understand what you are saying about payout rates. But being realistic, each casino itself controls it's own destiny.

Videoslots aside, how can two microgaming only casinos, have a variation of 3% payout rate when offering the exact same games? After billions of spins. The probability of that is a quadrillion to one. Basically impossible.

Like pokerstars.... They have backed up their random generator. How, they provided their dealing and proved after 100000000 hands that their variance from reality to their cards dealt was 1/10000 of a difference.

I must insist that each casino has an agreement with the software providers.

Videoslots.com has an amazing selection of games. Excellent. Excellent support. A bonus that is totally misleading, sorry but many have complained. And a payout rate of 94% claimed.


As someone who normally places about a million dollars in wagers each month if I go on a roll, I have seen the difference between videoslots and let's say casino luck. There is no comparison.

The payouts are just different at casino luck. More consistency. Less .10 payouts etc....

Being fair though, I may give videoslots another shot at my business.

I am not a wizard who is always right. But I haveore experience in slot playing than a lot of people. I see things in a different way.

I can conclude therefore that videoslots payout rate is not competitive to many other brands.

I have not cashed out there but I am confident videoslots is honest. I am sure there would be no problems.

Maybe talk with the owners of videoslots and Sk them to raise the pay out rate to 96%? Go wild casino is about that and without any disrespect, they make you guys look very tight.

I just went and checked out Video Slots for the first time.
I had a couple of questions about the bonus terms.

1. How does the "$ 10 Free Cash on your first deposit" fit in with the sign up bonus?
e.g. does the free $10 have a playthrough requirement?

2. I was confused about this in their Terms and Conditions and was wondering what it meant:
Your bonus will be automatically inactivated if you place single or multiple bets of a value of fifty percent or more of the bonus amount on any single game.
I could take a guess and say that it means that I can't place bets over 50% of the bonus. e.g. if you got a $200 bonus, you can't place bets of $100 or more. But, I shouldn't have to take a guess at what it means.

I was talking to Sara L on the Live chat and she wasn't able to answer these questions. In fact, she wasn't even able to speak English properly.

Everytime u bet, u lower the 100.

Every 200 wagered, will give u 10 dollars.

I had deposited 250. Got 200 I believe.

I lost my 250 and still had 160 in their bonus account which is useless. U can't do anything with it.

Many people have complained that it is not a bonus. I read the terms after I deposited. My mistake.

I would have never deposited if I had read the terms.

Don't depend on live chat. Read the terms yourself.

Here are also many other things you should read in their terms before playing.

I personally don't play there anymore. 94% payout rate for me is below standArd. I prefer casinos that have a much higher over All payout.

Good luck. My experience playing there was unsuccessful. Actually, one of the worst paying casinos I ever played to be honest.

I tried videoslots two times till today, and of course I was a bit confused by the first time, that the bonus was
not in the balance as "normal" by other casinos. But after figure it out it is really a nice -art of bonus- that raise the
rtp of some games. So I´ve made my personel decision to play there each month regulary.

I am really surprised their live chat was below standard. Weird.

Even though i never won here and lost 7 deposits in record time, the customer service people were really nice. Amanda always answered my complaining :) right away and waS always polite. I apologized to her for my abusive language but she was very professional.

I guess that's the biggest reason why I deposited and lost again.

As far as customer service on the email side, they are excellent.

They also sent me an email yesterday that I won some sort of race and gave me 15 free real dollars. Very nice of them. I wagered it on Alaskan fishing. .90 a spin. Gone without a payout. Just no luck there for me. But it was a nice gesture.


Its really too bad their machines don't pay. I love the interphase. It is above standard. Nice selection of games and solid support. I wish i would have at least for one instance had more money in bank than I deposited. Even 50 bucks. 7 deposits of 250 and nada.

Who knows, I may try again in the future but for now, i will stick to casinos that boast 96%+ payout rate.

No reputable software provider allows casinos to tinker with the RTP.

That 94% you got from Videoslots CS was probably your personal RTP statistics, meaning that if you have played 96% RTP slots you have been you have been just a little unlucky.

Love the Achievements, Rewards and the whole casino concept.
However, when I tried to claim a bonus reward, 100% up to 200EUR, it didn't work as supposed.
Clicking icon brought me to deposit system, I deposited but didn't get the bonus activated.
Reward is still there and the bonus didn't activate in My bonus tab.
So, clicking reward icon does insert the name of the bonus to Bonus Code (Optional): in deposit page but apparently it doesn't work.
Might be a good idea to check that all rewards insert the proper bonus code. :)
