I wonder if the lag is because it's waiting for the UK profit/loss meter to update? That's what I'm finding - every 3 or 4 spins there's a 5 second wait that ends when the meter updates. It's like there's a delay getting that info to the meter and it refreshing, and you can't complete the next spin until the profit/loss result from the previous spin has been added...

That is a VERY good point and could well be part of or even the full problem, I am sadly not clued up enough to confirm though.

It is weirds that it happens regardless of game provider and does indeed seem to be every 4-5th spin all the time.

Does also happen in battles though (which are free of geo restrictions) so.....

What I do know is my small budget does go in the main 99.99% of the time to VS and I'd rather they solve the issue and hence do not spoil my sessions than deposit elsewhere.

VS themselves said there were certain communications based issues a couple of weeks back where the player balances were jumping all over the place (but eventually reflecting the correct amount) maybe related, who knows.

It does need diagnosing and sorting ASAP either way though

i cant speak for tonight , but its been laggy for me the few times ive played the last couple of weeks. couple of ok spins, then slooowww.. repeat.. every game ive played (mostly battles) does this.

Please test now and see if you still have the issue. I tested with a UK account and the win updates after spin is completed.
Good to try the same game as before, as it might be related to that game provider.

Still the same issue I'm afraid. Babushkas on Thunderkick (yeah, I know I'm the only one who plays it!) and also Dead or Alive on NetEnt.

Also just tested Extra Chilli on BTG - score updates before the end of (what turns out to be) the last cascade. Plus, if it's a non-winning spin, the net win/loss updates immediately, nowhere near the end of the spin.

Additional info - okay, so the bet amount is removed from the net win/loss immediately, whether it's a losing or a winning spin.

That part is fine, as you can't be sure if it's a winning or losing spin! But the win does update before the winning spin completes.

I can see why the change has been made, but would be good to get the winnings added at the very end of the spin!

No, actually PlayNGo seems to work well - just did a quick test on Viking Runecraft as it cascades, and that was absolutely fine.

We always strive to offer as many games as possible in all regions, but these games are unfortunately not certified by the provider for UK market, so we cannot offer them there currently. If the certification changes in the future, then they will be available again for UK region.
Wacky Races has however been discontinued by the game provider, so it's unlikely that this will return, unless they choose to bring it back.
