Videoslots - Newly Accredited

@Team.Videoslots Why has the weekly deposit limit reset time changed? the last 2 years it has always reset every thursday at 11:00 UTC +1, but this week it's changed to 14:00 UTC +1.

This deposit limit system has always been reliable, and not total garbage like many other casinos that has them reset 168 hours after last deposit, which inevitably ends skewed after a few weeks so you can no longer play on the same day.

I really like having my weekly session on thursdays, and i hope this reset time won't change further.

Hello @MrEvil

There should not be any changes made to your weekly deposit limit unless you made them yourself or if specifically asked a customer service rep to make them on your behalf.

We'll be happy to look further into this for you if you send us an e-mail to [email protected]

Best Regards,
Team Videoslots

Hi all, Just trying to see what im missing on the new game @Team.Videoslots

There is no mention of how the paytable works and nothing seems to pay what im expecting it too??

Can you please look into this? @Team.Videoslots as in the past chat hasn't proved very helpful with this sort of thing so thought I would post here so other players can chime in with what they think? All screenshots are of wins while on 10p and paytable is also while on 10p........ its a 243 way game.

No mention of pays are times bet or anything so are they right? Either way the provider needs to make them better! As currently as clear as mud.

Not an official complaint just more of an inquiry :)

The game been mentioned lately is a weird slot with not very good rules and paytable.

The screenshots shown are probably all correct as you can play the slot on 5p spins.

And too work out correct payout in the rules it tells you Wins are multiplied by the coin bet. The coin value is the total bet divided by 25.

So a 20p spin for example would be 500x .8 for top symbol which would be 400 coins not 500 in paytable.

For 10p spin top symbol would be 200 coins.

Very complicated and stupid i know.

I am afraid it is correct. The purple win you showed at 80p was on a 10p stake. To get the wins in paytable they are all based on 25p stake. So your bet was 2/5th's so 80p is correct win.

Extremely complicated and misleading but if you go into rules it explains there.

Wins are multiplied by the coin bet. The coin value is the total bet divided by 25.

I know this as it is an old game and when i played it long ago at WH i was like WTF that is not what i won. But then reading the rules and working things out i realized pay was correct. Never played it again lol.

Is it made my Elk Studios by any chance? - Masters of the most confusing game rules and pay tables ever.

You need a degree in maths just to work out if you win has been paid correctly!

As best I recall, pay table were based on a 1.00 unit bet, so if you're playing 0.20p you have to divide the coin win shown by 5 = 1/5th your stake of the 1.00 unit the pay table is based upon)

example: a 250 coin win would actually be 50p!

Guessing this is what's happened here, why they do it this way I'll never know

Just checked it and you are 100% right

Just checked it and you are 100% right

Yeah it is an old slot.

And very misleading. You need to use the question mark or whatever and actually go into rules to see what's happening.

But guessing not many 243 ways slots you can play on 5p. Would just make more sense to have top wins at 100 instead of 500 based on minimum stake.

But then people would look at paytable and go that's crap and not play it lol.

Baron Samedi by Yggdrasil has a similar thing. If you're playing on 10p a spin (25 lines) and get a win of say 160, it's actually 160 x the line bet of £0.04 - 64p. Not the best way of showing awards but it means the paytable doesn't need to change with stake, so if you play with some bizarre currency like the Zimbabwean Dollar which is like 500 to the £, you don't need loads of room to show that 5 of a kind wilds is 250,000,ooo,ooo or whatever if you're playing at nosebleed stakes.

Good morning @Team.Videoslots is there a battle evening today please?

@Team.Videoslots quick query if you do not mind answering.

I am fully verified. But noticed my driving licence expires soon. Sending of for a new one. Just wondering what happens when it expires. Can I still deposit and play just not withdraw till i update licence or am i unable to use site at all.

Thanks.

Im working for VS today. :D

If your ID expires they immediately block you from depositing. I can't deposit a Cent until I send them a new one. I only noticed my ID expired because VS sent me an email about it. IDs are valid for 10 years here and you don't need them very often unless you just turned 18 and want to buy booze so I wouldn't have noticed its expired if VS hasn't informed me.

They are the only ones who did that btw.

Thanks for letting me know.

Can you still play tho if you have a balance or are you blocked completely.

Cheers, I knew it was probably right somewhere just didn't find the bit that explained it was coin bet and what the current coin bet is as coin bet isnt shown only total bet.

Anyway problem solved as quite like the slot, has a chilled out feel.

@Team.Videoslots - I am not one to moan but where is my RTP at? the last 2 months it has been below 30% I am getting no play time what so ever and can not even win anything above 100X bet on any slot. even low variance slots. Why on earth am I having such a bad period? My account deposit history is shocking. I am at a huge loss now in your casino. I really am considering switching to sky vegas now. Seeming I can play their again now that 5 years have now passed.

I mean I know we all get bad periods but I mean this is taking the piss now. not a single win over 100X on anything is a joke............

I bet the whole office had a

Interesting. VS has NOT prevented me from depositing despite my recently expired ID. I didn't make winnings so no withdraw attempts.

It always "holds" at that till the wheel is awarded as far as I know, give it a bit and you will find when the wheel is awarded your XP will jump to its actual position, unless of course your totally unlucky and stopped dead on 399999 :)

Hi,

@sapit222 -- We intend to go live with all their games that are SGA certified. We are not sure if that means more or fewer yet, unfortunately.

@dionysus -- Sorry for not replying earlier. It's like @Reelsoffun said; everything is restored once you have received the trophy, you are not losing any XP.

I wonder about the logic of launching, basically the same casino with er, the same skin. Your existing VS players, particularly if they are high up the levels and getting the decent wheels etc, might not see the point of diverting to start all over again. Unless the rewards are radically different I personally wouldn’t have much incentive to open an account for the exact same product.

Mr Vegas basically looks like VS from 2 years ago with the weekly race back instead of the ridiculous Clash of Spins.

Will be interesting to see what it's like on proper launch, and with a UK license!

There is a major difference between Mr Vegas and VS. VS spends a lot on Battle of Slots, while Mr Vegas will be spending on other types of promotions.
Mr Vegas will during the year have its own design layout. But its being launch with a brand version of VS to start with.

I wouldnt create a new account at Mr Vegas right yet. VS customers will be able to login with same credentials with an exclusive welcome offer.

@CongoGB Mr Vegas should be available in UK during September. You right it will be more similar to how VS was 2 years ago on promotion side.

Will Mr Vegas have a Swedish license, and if so, will we also be getting a welcome bonus? =)

Another reason I don't understand why they don't just kill off the clash of spins, and bring a cheaper version of the race back, many, many, many players on here have said so many times they hate the CoS. And like someone said no one with a VS account is going to want to abandon their XP to start again on a sister site, casino races or not. :(

@Team.Videoslots
The very fact you have decided to have the race back and no CoS on your new site says to me that this indeed is the case that it is not as popular as expected and that the cost would, could and should be used on a more popular loyalty retention scheme...... No shame in admitting you tried something new and it didn't work and reverting back :)
