I've been told now that if your account has not had an activity for 6 months you will lose your option to have your weekendbooster and will be converted to the "we will take some of your winnings and give it back to you on fridays booster" instead.

This is so annoying, they could had at least warned me of it before they changed it.
And apparently it's "impossible" for them to change it back (yeah right..)

Just a headsup to anyone regarding that.

I also suspect they will probably remove the cashback for everyone soon given how they keep decreasing everything..

I believe the new brand VS is launching in July will go back to how VS was old days, with the Casino Race and Weekend Booster etc. It will have new names.

Yep. That logo's a lawsuit waiting to happen!

Good news that it'll be UK-facing - given your hints at the rewards being back, I assume it wouldn't be. As VS removed lots due to UK taxes.

There will be a soft launch of the site in July. More gamification and products will be added to it during the year. Battle of Slots will also be added. It will be launched with MGA licence and later UKGC.

Will this include online poker which you guys were getting into 2 years ago or smartly is that not going to happen now?

Well, dont think Leo have much chance as they copied/inspired their logo themselves from MGM and The Venetian. Quite many Las Vegas casino is associated with a Lion.

haha that is what I first thought of when I saw the logo.:D Don't be surprised if MGM comes a knockin, lol

Hi @CongoGB,

Videoslots.com isn't going anywhere. MrVegas is another brand that will have many of our old features, such as the Casino Races and Battle of Slots, but isn't replacing anything.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots

Good to hear and good luck with the new brand moving forward

PS: Does it mean that the "complete all" on DoA will have 100 FS @ 90p like the good ol' days lol :p :p

Hello @PeterH92 ,

Currently we do not have any birthday gifts available. But we wish you a happy birthday if you happen to have one around now!

Best regards,
Team Videoslots

I have mentioned this before i think, but it would be so cool to have a "birthday wheel" for birthdays it could even be based on your XP level etc Dont need to be much but would be a nice to get something and would also cut down on people asking chat for birthday bonuses as a lot of casinos do give something.

EXCELLENT Idea, get it online in time for Friday please

It could consist of gold, silver and lvl21 wheel upgrade sections, no need for anything else one of those will do nicely :) :p

@Team.Videoslots - I am not one to moan but where is my RTP at? the last 2 months it has been below 30% I am getting no play time what so ever and can not even win anything above 100X bet on any slot. even low variance slots. Why on earth am I having such a bad period? My account deposit history is shocking. I am at a huge loss now in your casino. I really am considering switching to sky vegas now. Seeming I can play their again now that 5 years have now passed.

I mean I know we all get bad periods but I mean this is taking the piss now. not a single win over 100X on anything is a joke............

Might be. Would be nice with an official clarification on how it works, and how you can check which one you are getting. And an opt out feature for the people who have the "vault" system.
There is an opt-out feature wich means you just get all your winnings.
Otherwise 0.5% of any win you get ends up in the vault and given back to you on the friday next week.

Hi everyone,

As @danofthewibble and @Kroffe said, you can cash out at any time. However, you are still given the option to opt-out from the Vault if you want your full wins to go directly to your account balance.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots

I do think that the vault-function should be opt-in instead of opt-out.
I doubt many players read the full T&c:s for everything when they sign up, and would probably be confused when they notice a tiny portion of their wins not being credited to their account.

I think it's a completely pointless gimmick to be honest - plus, how does it benefit the player?

Unless I'm missing something the only winner here is the casino as folk, who would have the full winnings in their balance, now don't - fine, you say, but it's in another place? Well, yes, but if it's not a massive amount they're possibly just going to just play it down to zero (bit like if i win 12 quid on a battle - if it doesn't go above 50 i normally just play it to busto)

Yeah, im not really a fan either.
Opted out when i noticed the swap.

Not to argue but I can see the benefit. more so with my older budget for slots more than today's handful of small deposits.

I'd chose my fave session for being a Friday after work has finished for the week, or a weekend day when there is no work.

Budget does not always allow for this if played in the week so this vault system could provide a little something to look forward to, a bit like holding off playing rewards etc.

Just a thought

I'm just a lot more skeptical of it's intentions: either that, or been hanging round with @snorky510238 after school too much ;)

a lot of players don't know all weekend booster is their own money,vs will benefit from it like they give away, players feel better when they think they getting free gift from casino, also lot of players they keep saying oh vs has low rtp is ok coz we get free weekend booster, now they find out weekend booster is their own money they don't feel good playing in VS,maybe for small deposit players is not a much different,But for players like Bandit bet £40 a spin it makes a lot of different, also VS never offer special bonus or free spins to players like unibet or 21casino offers with their max rtp games
