@Team.Videoslots what is going on with withdrawals? I withdrew on the 21st, it was approved straight away and still nothing! I withdrew somewhere else on Monday and its already in my account!!!

I don't know if I've done it right I sent the payment to my Visa card yesterday around 6 PM checked my bank account this morning and It's still hasn't gone in for some reason. I have spoken to my bank and he said that my Visa card is Direct enabled.
 
@Team.Videoslots Do you know when you are getting Pig Wizard Megaways? It's been out for months, but it's only on a few sites, so i don't know if it's always going to be exlusive or not. Would be nice to have Inspector Gadget and Imperial Dragon as well, all these slots are Blueprint.

The CoS free spins are credited every Monday.
The jackpot wheels are awarded for completing certain achievements. Depending on the game you are playing you may be very close ore very far from one. You can see the achievements and your progress but you can't see if they have a jackpot wheel under them.

Each slot has achievements attached to them mate, examples include, "win 1,000 times", "win 4 times in a row", "win 500 times", "win 2,500 times" etc etc

Some (but not all) of these achievements have a reward hidden behind them, in all cases AFAIK, these are all a blue wheel of jackpots

Blue wheels offer various prizes which include, free spins, cash prizes, battle tickets and three progressive jackpots, mini, minor and major, major is usually a fewK!!

When you complete all achievements for a particular slot you then get a red wheel which are much better, higher numbers of FS on offer at better spin values, along with chance to upgrade to the better XP wheels which have large cash amounts up for grabs as well as the three jackpots.

I do have used other ways than Neteller to deposit also but since that is the main one I've always been able to ask them to set my account back to be able to withdraw to Neteller anyway.

Neteller & Skrill upgraded their API system, so VS had to do new integration. So you are unfortunately require to deposit before you can withdraw. Same goes for everyone.

You can always do a bank withdrawal, its instant in Sweden. Also you can ask support to reset your withdrawal method to the next method you chose to deposit with.

I know I can, I have done it, but I don't want to. I want the money to go to Neteller. I use it to pay for certain things.
I am also aware that I can talk to support and get it changed since I do that all the times.

How come you never inform us about changes that happen? How come we always have to find things out after you already have done everything. I see changes all the time. Swisch buttons, name changes... I don't mind changes but it's always easier if you are informed before. I would have known about Neteller if you had told me.

Yes, I posted about it. Support wasn't that late to answer and said I could cashout the deposit needed without wagering it. I guess that was good.

I understand it is something Neteller changed, some extra security, but I don't understand why it had to affect the VS withdrawal page. That makes no sense to me.

Truth is that it would be no trouble to a regular depositor, other than the "WTF is going on" the first time you see it. On the other hand, if some people used all their budget early on the month and had a nice cashout from the battle weekend, they would have a very unpleasant surprise trying to cashout.

It's odd, because I haven't heard about any problems with other casinos and Netller/Skrill. Shouldn't it have been the same everywhere? It worked fine when they change my currency. It should be the same now of course..

If I just could deposit some money to my Neteller then it wouldn't be a problem. Damn :)

The dev-department manage to locate a limited bug affecting a few players not receiving emails. You should get emails now again, thx for flagging this. Had never been found this quick if you didn’t drop it here.
 
I've been told now that if your account has not had an activity for 6 months you will lose your option to have your weekendbooster and will be converted to the "we will take some of your winnings and give it back to you on fridays booster" instead.

This is so annoying, they could had at least warned me of it before they changed it.
And apparently it's "impossible" for them to change it back (yeah right..)

Just a headsup to anyone regarding that.

I also suspect they will probably remove the cashback for everyone soon given how they keep decreasing everything..
