If other CM members use paypal at VS, can they also test it to see if they to get the same error message please?

It worked fine for the last weeks and yesterday worked fine too. Only started getting this today.

Maybe you are the only member that has tried depositing at VS with Paypal today.

I deposited earlier with Neteller which worked okay if that is any help. Would have tried for you but don't use paypal never have.

I mean I could use neteller too, but I did not want to use neteller anymore with VS. I still use it for Ladbrokes and a few other casinos because they still do not have paypal as a deposit method. I now prefer to use Paypal :) Neteller fees are pure criminal!

Have you tried asking live-chat about it?
Have you deposited more than you usually do?
It says its declined for regulatory purposes, but that sounds a bit weird unless you have reached a limit you have set up yourself.

Only reason i use Neteller is because i have it and don't particularly want to open anything like paypal and no way i will use bank card with foreign sites and have all the hassles with bank accounts and photos of cards etc.

I have no limits on my VS account and No Limits in my Paypal Business account either! Yes I contacted Live chat at VS and Paypal. They are both currently investigating the issue! Paypal confirmed it and said they have passed it onto the tech department and same with VS too.

Paypal told me to come back to chat tomorrow, she paused the chat session and can unpause it and resume it tomorrow once it has been investigated. As for VS, I am not even sure if it is at VS end. It could just be an issue at Paypal end. I suppose I will wait and see. But VS also said they also passed the case to the tech department as well. It is just an inconvenience. I know I can still fall back on neteller and deposit with that. But I am sick of giving and paying those disgusting fees when you deposit money into neteller wallet. They are pure criminal :)

I am the same only reason I use e-wallets is to protect my bank details from casinos. I never deposit with my visa debit card ever and never will.

Probably a PayPal glitch. Happened to me once on Will Hill when my PayPal payment got declined to 'restrictions on gambling transactions in my country' or something like that.

Tried again a bit later and it was fine.

Had a couple of issues with PayPal. One time I deposited at a casino and PayPal charged me but payment never reached the merchant. So my balance casino side didn't update. Was only £20 though so I couldn't be bothered chasing it beyond letting live chat at the casino know.

Thanks for the reply - I will keep trying anyway and see if it resolves itself. It might be just a temporary bug on either VS or Paypals end. My paypal balance has not changed or been charged, Paypal also have no record of those attempted or failed transactions either, neither do VS. So I am at the moment not at any loss. The only Loss I am at is not being able to deposit with Paypal :P Which sucks as Neteller fees are criminal!

Well as soon as more casinos get instant withdrawals to card (Like Paddy Power) I'll use debit card to deposit only. Why add a third party e wallet into the mix if you don't need to!

That is what they told me to tell you.

I have set up my own shop paypal button payment links before and I know what is involved. It is just a matter of making sure the payment redirect links are correct and are working correctly. Maybe it would be good if they just login and refresh/update the payment links?

@Team.Videoslots - This is basically not very pleasant situation to be in. I refuse to use neteller...........

So it basically means at the moment if this issue is not fixed with paypal at your end, it basically means you lose me as a loyal long term customer! Which is very sad for me and you! Obviously if you cared for your customers you would have got this fixed as fast as possible. If only Dan still worked for VS this would have been fixed pretty instantly most probably!

I know that all staff is working from home because of this pandemic and it may slow things down a bit. But things can still be fixed regardless where you are located. That is what is great about the internet.

Use your Visa card etc?

I will never use my visa card to deposit to any casino and never have or will. For my added security, I have said this multiple times in the past in posts I have made in this forum. We all have our own personal security measures and ways we prefer to deposit. I will not break those security rules I set myself just because they have an issue!

It seems like the VS promo is a replica of the xmas promo except it takes less time to endure. A 25p per spin game that triggers 5x 10p a spin which the battles prove results in a insignificant loss to the site which will be played back in one or two spins.
But in all fairness I can see the total loss of all online gambling before too long.

Yeah but that says Government regulations and not regulatory regulations............

My issue still has not been resolved. I also have not even heard back from Paypal again. I will ring them again in the morning........
