6 weeks... thats really fast..
Im 7 months in and still have not received any substantive answers. Its always the same excuse.. 'due to delay at the provider' 'we give update asoon as we got anwser from provider' then months radio silence! then you complain about how they handle my issues and that they do not take me/it seriously.. they totally ignore me for some more months. Sometimes you will loose your cool..and this is an good example.

No compensation/nice gesture if only for the extemely long wait.. and fun part is all the
correspondence happend with Teamvideoslots..

This really gave me an sour/bitter taste in my mouth.. didnt expect that from Videoslots.. an casino For players...yeah sure..! unforntunately this took large part of fun playing there out of it.

Please bear in mind that when an issue is handled by a game provider, there is only so much we can do from our end to speed things up.

@dionysus - the game issue you reported is still with the provider. We are, unfortunately, still waiting for them to sort the issue out. We will inform you personally right away once it gets resolved. Terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I have noticed a number of my most played slots RTP in the RTP section fluctuate quite wildly over recent months and I do not doubt the validity of those fugures.
But I do question if the validity of todays figures should be a recomendation on playing a slot based on those figures.
A 300% rtp can become a 33% due to the passing of time so those who do not keep careful record or have a fantastic recall could be caught up in a big payback
Is it true that our RTP history is only based on a limited recent time history @Team.Videoslots?

well just going through a couple rtps on vs. vikruinfeild was my go to game I just like the game anyway iam at level 5000 and something. working on 4th turnover on complete all trophies. from feb14th 2018- feb14th 2019 my rtp was 94.90%, from feb14th 2019- to feb14 2020 rtp 92.5% now to me that is big drop. in fact proves to me they changed the rtp options with play and go, it's disgusting what's going on to much work to check one by one. but it sucks that your rtp can drop like that in a year over 2 points is huge.
 
About a year ago my RTP was 91% on Videoslots

Just checked it and its now
Your overall RTP
97.18%

Fair to say Im shocked its gone up and gone up that high,


What is everyone elses RTP at videoslots like ?

Well despite questioning my RTP history statistics I played all of my top 4 played slots last night just using my Friday cashback. This included Playngo's Legacy of Egypt which I won £400 alone on for a total cashout of over £450.
So despite the lower RTP and RTP history statistics my faith in Videoslots still remains :thumbsup:

Oh and your Last Played is still not working for me as it only shows the last battles!

The same has happend to me I have never been so lucky on videoslots in these past months since they lowered there RTP, My overall rtp went from 91% to 97% in this past year I cant explain it its strange,

I hit a bonus in Legacy of Egypt that went on forever. I undstand that such events may be rarer on the lower setting but bloody hell. And without making a deposit!

I play at L&L and im sure they have higher RTP and ive never ever been "lucky" there its crazy, Long term RTP will catch up on us but short term if your only doing a few 100 spins its all about having luck on your side

You can change the date range to anything you like, but it's set to show the past 6 months by default.

Edit: Nvm, thought you talked about the my rtp page. I only use the page you talked about to check the theoretical rtp.
 
@Team.Videoslots Can you keep new slots in the new slots list a bit longer? and remove Chilli Pop from the new slots list, because its been there for a year.

Or even better, make it possible to sort by date added. That would have been super useful!

@MrEvil - Thanks for notifying us. Chilli Pop is no longer listed as a new game. How long the games are listed in 'New Slots' depends on the number of new game releases. From the mobile page, you can sort by 'Latest added'. We will look at the possibilities to implement this logic to the desktop site as well.

I was just on videoslots to look for it and it's on there and did a couple of spins on it. It's the same name just you pick the max or classic version when the game opens. :)

My experience with BerryBurst MAX has been very poor so not expecting much from this. I really dislike these picking games, but reading the other thread it seems it is pre-determined so I will just randomly click!

The Expendables Megaways has a good RTP of 96.02% and a bad one at VS

Last time you pmed me was Feb 4th, or posted in the forum Feb 13th with an update which was to say there wasnt an update

well game over at vs went to play battle just now first time it said you do not meet the requirements as you have only deposited 183 euros that's 250$ Canadian and collected 2,435 xp points In the last 30days thanks for being an asshole fuck you. THE HEAD LINE in a year on meister like so many before used to be awesome but awesome no more. 2.5 years first time that happened. so done on to better casinos ojo,twin, but first it will be give a try lvbet since fully verified now. vs lost its loyalty, all about $.
 
The requirement of needing to deposit €20 and wager 2500 XP in the last 30 days to access the freerolls has been in place for about a year now so this is nothing new.

The main reason I rarely play here is because of the crazy high requirements for the freerolls and the lower RTPs on a lot of providers.

For a freeroll replacement... Pragmatic Play has that covered for me even if it is hard as balls to win anything on the social tournament site.

Actually @Team.Videoslots ive spotted something else that you may (or may not!) want to look into.. Its not a big deal - but something thats annoyed me a little over the last few days and i dont recall it being a problem before.

If im on the main page of the site, i can scroll up and down the page, look at games, news and whatever.. if i then click the battle tab.. then close it and come back.. all is still fine and i can scroll up and down as normal. If i go into the battle tab, and then open up a specific battle in its own lobby etc.. if i then close it, and then close the main battle window so im back at the main page again, the page locks and i cant scroll up and down or move anywhere.

As i say its not a big deal, as a page refresh fixes it (or clicking the vs logo to refresh the page).. but it happens in chrome and firefox , so maybe something to look at?

Glad it didnt load for me as to be honest (probably shouldnt say this) i might not have checked.

Stakelogic not on my radar and only just getting used to looking at IGT's!

To be honest its only the rewards and service keeping me there but another game i will have to save for another site.
