well..I'm in a foul mood.
Enjoying slots,trigger a bonus round. 2 spins in, box pops up game error.
Reload game..nada. No bonus.
Its one where you collect upgrades, so I try again.
Spend another $250 and never trigger a bonus.never mind I already had but disappeared into the ether
Kinf of stuff puts tinfoil thoughts in your head.
What a waste of time and money.

I immediately went to live chat, explained what happened and got the chat transcript

I know this is more a battle of slots thing, but it would be nice if Creature from the black lagoon could make a comeback in the freerolls. Preferably on a spot with freespins as rewards.

Yes, its more interesting with a variety of games. Really looking forward to tonights with 2 of my favourite games. Ive had such bad juju lately as well.

At least the flash versions of the slots played smoothly, not choppy like the "upgraded" version of secrets of the stones and creature. They are better than the html5 version of immortal romance at least, but still worse than their original flash version.

I think they send these out semi-automatically, if your play style has changed and you’re spending more.
Not sure whether to file that email under 'patronizing' or 'helpful', but I'm leaning more towards it being of some use, and perhaps a good tool.
Albeit if sent out because someone's had a slightly bigger slots splurge it tends to err towards intrusive again

I got something similar once when there was some kind of freeroll battle on. It triggered on a change in play (changes in deposits/time spent playing etc). I asked what was likely to have triggered it and was told that the 4 hours continuous play was unusual for me (it was an evening battle session lol).
so don’t worry about it x
