Im having some issues with notifications not showing when i play.
Usually i can see big,mega-wins and achievements/throphys unlocked when i click there after playing a slot.
But now, the only notifications showing up are the ones from the battles
"you placed blabla in the blabla" etc.

It kinda comes and goes ive noticed.
Couple days ago they did not show, and then it worked for two days again.
Yesterday it did not work, today im not sure since i have not played.

After four weeks I'm not only fed up with the ongoing correspondence... I feel just fooled by VS. I've more than worked with you to make it easier for you to fix the errors. As a client you could not describe it more comprehensible, more detailed and above all not more friendly as I fool made it.
Four supporters, two languages, contacts via live support, more than 20 maybe even 30 emails, four weeks past, three or four times the message from you received that everything is ready and in my account successes, trophies and above all the money profits were updated/credited.
I noticed three times that nothing has changed or updated in my account. I have received a dozen emails from you in which was always anew, that my concern has redirected to the responsible department.
"Excuse me ... your request is now being handled with special high pressure" etc. etc. ... the usual news that everyone gets when it takes a little bit longer.
Why does it have to be VS, the casino, which I can not do without? There is no better provider than VS. You are doing everything right. But always when it gets too easy, does VS begin to think complicated.
Now, in my case, there are actually more than FOUR WEEKS that have passed. And the information given above is a sad reality.
In addition, whole comes then, which asks me what exactly is missing in my account. "What are the achievements and in which game exactly were your winnings deducted from your account?" Questions you ask me after I have already received three mails in which is all the bugs have been fixed. But nothing was fixed in my account...so
I could write further now but you will surely have noticed that it can only get more stupid.
Meanwhile I insist on a compensation, more precisely I insist on an apology which contains an adequate free spins or cash amount added to my account.
It is all very sad and looks quite condescending and insulting. And that's why you should be sure of the amount of a goodwill credit that this does not produce even more insult.
