Video slots was my favorite casino to play at, but haven't had a decent withdrawal since August and only one small one since then, and I play daily. Im isolated, my partner cares for me and now also our kids, one who is also disabled, mentioned below.
You cant help wishing for a win to make life a bit more comfortable can you? Imagine affording a feckin holiday! Or a new bed! I can truly understand people who are disgruntled with how these casinos are treating long time players. Especially low rollers.
Im not talking huge wins to buy fancy shit, just things that make life easier. Life in constant pain 24/7 takes its toll, im not on 6 different drugs for the laugh. I have lived this pain for 16 years and about to enter my 40s one very depressed lassie.
Actually, I posted a thread in charities a while back and not even one person responded yet it had some crazy amount of views. That was regarding my daughter, who is physically disabled since birth. We live in a cruel greedy world and it isn't just online casinos.

If you ever start a new casino, keep videoslots for your ..whatever it is now, but the new one eliminate all the bells and whistles and just have a fast paying, (and etransfer withdrawal lol) good support, regular RTP settings, and all the games you have already, I will become a loyal player again. Does anyone know what happens with thunderkick games in case of disconnection before the spin is completed? I lost power yesterday because of a storm. It happened exactly when I had one scatter and two mystery symbols started revealing themselves to be scatters ... or so I think. Everything went black before I could be sure.

I expected the game to recover at a start of a bonus, or at the same spin. But it didn't do either.

None of those is the last spin, because both have 2 scatters (and the size and position is wrong).

More or less correct.
Xp lasts 30 days.
So maybe your play yesterday pushed you over 2500xp, but a few hours later, some of the "old xp" was over 30 days old and was lost.

Its like you say, if you want 30 days access without having to play to gain more xp during that month, you will need to get 2500 in one day.

I'm behind the curve. I thought it was 30 days, then 2 weeks, then, it goes day by day, meaning it could roll over until it's back to 2500

But why the industry doesn't call BS on the regulators and their unreasonable taxes that cause financial damage and possibly addiction to the players?
Inform the players how much harm those huge taxes cause to them?

Have a pop up saying "because of the huge taxes in your country if you open this game you will have half the playtime you had last year. We need you to lose fast so we can pay those taxes".

But my country takes no tax revenue from them.

I will only add that all the achievements I scored yesterday. Maybe it is somehow influenced by the fact that I reset the achievements earlier because I have already completed all of them in this game.

Sometimes they take while. Sometimes they disappear and return later. Your progress will not seem registered but eventually it should update. If not send them an email.

I have never gone to a Casino but I did get involved to a degree with a Croupier who I soon got to know was doing turns with rich punters
