When BTG only had a few games and Bonanza was raking them in a fortune they went and created loads of other games no one plays so they have to recoup their losses somewhere if they had stopped at Bonanza they probably would have continued to make a bucketload from Dunover alone

Can you check as something terrible went wrong.

Your top screenshot is from after the bonus, notice how it says "bonus complete" at the bottom. It randomly shows a bonus config after a heartstopper bonus, not the actual screen with 2 scatters that gave you the heartstopper bonus. Source: I played this game an insane amount.

That game badly needs a bonus guarantee, does not have to be massive,but you really need to know you will get something
back after the heart stopper grind,when you are talking x4 returns its beyond pathetic.

I had many bad heartstopper features as well, and some in the 150-300x range. Had 4859x from a normal bonus the other day though

@Team.Videoslots There is a small spoiler when you use the jackpot wheels, when you click spin the number of rewards quickly changes (if you have more than 1 reward at least), so you can instantly tell that you're not winning a jackpot. Kind of kills the excitement a little.

The novomatics are very laggy at the moment.
I try to time my spins so i will land a bonus, but its really hard with the lag.
Kind of takes away the skill from the slots.
If i wanted to play something purely based on luck i would go play poker or something.

I talked to them about this last week, and they said the provider fixed it. Was fine yesterday, but they are indeed laggy today.

1 minute they are fine and im spinning like normal, and the next its 7 sec delay per spin.

I am starting to get really hacked off with Videoslots banking. Firstly I depositted twice without it registering only to find both deposits appearing while I was on live chat. Now I am unable to deposit unless I make the exact same deposit stated on the left which seems to be the default deposit setting. I do not wish to have a default deposit setting only.
Deleted cookies and cache and live chat was no help. Your banking simply seems fecked up at the moment

If you were to win one of the jackpots on one of the wheels, is the jackpot presented as a reward you activate or does it go straight to your balance?

Just want to flag something that happened today that has really scared the crap out me to be honest.

I just started playing 9 masks ( 60p ) after a couple of spins I stopped to answer a question my partner asked in the background.

After what I remember to be only a few secs I turned round to continue playing, pressed start and to my amazement I got 5 cherries which paid £60!

Instantly realizing that something dont feel right as 5OAK cherries is unlikely to pay 100x I checked the bet, and I had just bet £60 on a spin !

At no point did I or would I have intentionally bet £60 on a spin ( a feature buy, slightly maybe ) but NOT a normal spin.

So by complete luck I broke even so no foul, but I would like you to check there isn't an issue with it going to max bet somehow, as a bug maybe? as its a new game, although I do notice that the max bet button is ridiculously close to the spin button.

So its either a bug in the game OR I somehow caught the max bet button, I really dont think so, but either way it needs looking at even from a RG point of view as even being able to accidentally hit max bet should be a no no.

Nothing happens really. I just get a black screen.
Only happens on Totally wild.

Re black and white, tried incognito mode,same ,when the game loads it shows "you have a previous game open".
The reels then load and it sits there forever not allowing play
