Is anyone else having problems with games dropping out with server errors at VS, its happening a lot on different
providers games, BTG, Blueprint , but the worse by far are Red Tiger games, they are vitually unplayable today,resetting

I had that issue on Dragons Fire Megaways about 3 - 4 hours ago, every winning spin made it crash.

Edit: Novomatics are also painfully slow. They spin for 4-7 seconds before the current bet is removed from the balance, after that the reels stop like normal, so there seems to be some kind of delay when the slot is checking my balance.

Still quite slow, not every spin, but at least once every 10 spin. Novomatics were always so fast, could hold down space bar and just make the balance disappear in no time, and they still play that fast if i open the slot without logging in to the site so its just demo mode.

Hi Team.Videoslots. I have played Book of Halloween a lot since it was released. I feel that it is not playing correctly. The RTP in the base game it utterly dreadful and if you are lucky to hit the bonus round it is utterly dreadful. The only other method of increasing the RTP is via a gamble facility which I suspect it part of the RTP problem. It also does not give you a return. It is a slot that may need looked at

Surely they would need to look at every game if we are talking about games being utterly dreadful.

When BTG only had a few games and Bonanza was raking them in a fortune they went and created loads of other games no one plays so they have to recoup their losses somewhere if they had stopped at Bonanza they probably would have continued to make a bucketload from Dunover alone

Your top screenshot is from after the bonus, notice how it says "bonus complete" at the bottom. It randomly shows a bonus config after a heartstopper bonus, not the actual screen with 2 scatters that gave you the heartstopper bonus. Source: I played this game an insane amount.

That game badly needs a bonus guarantee, does not have to be massive,but you really need to know you will get something

I am starting to get really hacked off with Videoslots banking. Firstly I depositted twice without it registering only to find both deposits appearing while I was on live chat. Just want to flag something that happened today that has really scared the crap out me to be honest.

I just started playing 9 masks ( 60p ) after a couple of spins I stopped to answer a question my partner asked in the background.

After what I remember to be only a few secs I turned round to continue playing, pressed start and to my amazement I got 5 cherries which paid £60!

Instantly realizing that something dont feel right as 5OAK cherries is unlikely to pay 100x I checked the bet, and I had just bet £60 on a spin !

At no point did I or would I have intentionally bet £60 on a spin ( a feature buy, slightly maybe ) but NOT a normal spin.

So by complete luck I broke even so no foul, but I would like you to check there isn't an issue with it going to max bet somehow, as a bug maybe? as its a new game, although I do notice that the max bet button is ridiculously close to the spin button.

So its either a bug in the game OR I somehow caught the max bet button, I really dont think so, but either way it needs looking at even from a RG point of view as even being able to accidentally hit max bet should be a no no.

Re black and white, tried incognito mode,same ,when the game loads it shows "you have a previous game open".
The reels then load and it sits there forever not allowing play
