You know that it is quite sad that when you lost a 5 figure sum, and you ask for your "next" deposit if they can credit the welcome bonus.. and support says no: because we have "the wheel" .

I dont want your 2 euro tickets for something I dont understand, I just want to gamble?

Seems issueing a welcome bonus after 50+ deposits and 5 figure sum loss is too complicated?

No I dont mind that, I was just testing support but I believe if a customer lost a big sum that is in no way compared to the initial welcome bonus being offered and support says: no. Thats pretty sad to be fair.

Update: The 2000 SEK minimum withdrawal seems to have been a graphical error, withdrawals below 2000 SEK were still being requested and processed, this however has now been fixed and you should be able to find the Trustly account you deposited with in the drop down menu if you go to "Bank" under the withdrawals options.

Apparently Netent said CFTBL will receive the HTML5 makeover and be (re)released Dec 2019
