But if you think about it, we may have missed the special one but we are closer to the gold and diamond ones. So we are rewarded.

I am maybe 2 months away from my first gold one. Can't wait for it!

The "xxx wins" wheels are never exciting simply because people can play with 1 cent/spin on a 1-liner and hardly wager anything to get to the 500K wins.

The XP level is a better reflection as you have indeed wagered that amount to get there, hence, why those wheels are of much better value.

This is true.
Its "Spelinspektionen" (swedish gambling regulation) forcing casinos to remove bonuses,promotions etc.
So its no use making complaints to videoslots. Its better to send an email to spelinspektionen and tell them how much they suck (but dont use those exact words maybe)

So again asking about the Everybodys Jackpot money. Last friday you said you´d hope it would be fixed the same day, otherwise you´d look into a different solution. Sunday was the last time someone asked about it and it was the same answer as always, so no alternative path was taken. Tomorrow it will be 14 days without any progress towards bringing this to an end or any updates besides "we look into it and the winners will be paid someday" (may it be in a month, a year or just shortly before the world collapses).

It’s very disconcerting, I had to keep going back to the lobby to check my balance.

I won a spin on the blue wheel from playing Dragon Stone. I spun and won 10 free spins on Grim Muerto. Oh I thought, I haven’t played that in a while. I type Grim in the search and click on it to play. I play a few spins then check how many spins I have left.

Oops, I hadn’t played the reward and was playing real money play for £2 a spin and had proceeded to lose most of my balance.

It’s not as if I haven’t activated thousands of rewards before now.

Went to log in at Videoslots today on the off-chance they dropped a grand in there, but after the initial dejection I actually bothered to check what 'level' I'm at.

Turns out I'm also a 'Level-21 chaser', though in this case the bar was only approximately 15% of the way through

I've therefore revised my target, expect me to hit that bad boy sometime in 2025
