There is no evidence this is 3 second spin Play N Go is spinning normally so Thunderkick must just have issues if there was a 3 second rule all providers would be slow.

Yeah def not only the 3 second rule making it this horrible.
We have had the 3sec delay for a long time on thunderkick in sweden, but this is something else.

I just started the reel race on pink elephants at casumo.... 450 spins in 50 min is gonna be a real challenge.

English is second for me but its pretty straightforward lol, I'm nervous to even play anymore or fall asleep while logged in haha, I must of pissed them off somehow to acutally say they don't want me to play there as much.

Forgot, last time they email this letter was because i reversed a withdrawal, but it was to add more to the withdrawal so thought they forgot about me, ugh, guess not lol. Oh well find somewhere less stressful to play apparently

It's just a bit sanctimonious on any casino's part, to deem his behaviour as potential problem gambling when not even playing. Surely a cursory glance at his play history would reveal that there's long gaps of inactivity :laugh:

For all they know, players might just be entranced by their News section, or in wonderment at the site's layout :D

I was going to say the same about being logged in here too. I never log out any where. Facebook, gmail, here, casino. Lol. It's annoying to have to keep logging in. HOJ, you can be logged in for I think 8 hours inactive before they shut you down. VS? I think a half hour 45 minutes unless they have the sng's going, and then it for the whole duration. I remember when I first started playing at VS, they had this annoying " reality check" that would keep popping up after 30 minutes. That was about 3 years ago.

I'm not at all in favour of this increasing intrusiveness, personally.

As I've said in another thread, even if someone is a problem gambler they need to admit it to themselves first and want to get help. Not coerced with a cattle prod. All this stupid nonsense does is rile and frustrate the average punter.

I wouldn't mind, but in a lot of casino's cases it won't even be done out of genuinely altruistic reasoning. It'll be to avoid a potential fine by showing due diligence over RG awareness.

I have been logging in to videoslots daily for over 5 + years, no joke, everyday i log in and play something, all these years....so no there is no change in anything, spending the same, these emails are targetting something I am unaware of and have been playing for 9 hrs today, so guess they should close my account because they think I should be somehwere else.

When i opend MYSTERY WHEEL( without any chance on gambling the free spins) ,i got this message(see print)

There are a few providers that do not have a "Bonus Recovery" system in place which is the reason why you can bonus hunt on slots to begin with since if you get a disconnection during a bonus and load the slot back up, it would continue from where it was left off in the bonus.

Red Tiger, Merkur, Bally Wulf, and Gamomat have no such system so you can not do a bonus hunt on them.

Since they don't have that feature, the instant you get the bonus, it grabs a bunch of RNG numbers for all of the spins + any retriggers that you get at once so it looks like it is predetermined, but the spins were still randomly picked.

If he deposited say £10 and had a nice win why should he not use that money for 9 hours if he chooses if it's a rainy day or evening and he is bored, if VS are really that concerned then introduce an automatic log off after what they deem is a concerning time and say you can't log in again for xx hours.

well, as I say, I see both sides
I play for long, long hrs
in the same vein, people would kvetch if the casino WERENT taking any action
 
There's a difference between saying we have noticed you have been on our site for xx hours or you have reversed your withdraw do you have a gambling problem to we have tools available for you to use to control your gambling have you ever used this part of the site why not take a look next time you online.
 
I got that email twice when I was playing there.
Both times I was logged in pretty much the same as any other week. I would be logged in from around this time every day until midnight or a bit later, as I would just leave it logged in and play battles as and when.
Both times though my deposits had dropped substantially for that week. So no problem being logged in a long time when I was losing £2k. Problem when I was logged in and didn't play/played £100 in the week. Anyone cynical might think that they were using the email to remind me they were still around to entice me to deposit ;)
