Like others have said, if you dont like the promo setup at VS, go elsewhere.
That is what I will be doing at the end of the month, the only reason I have not closed my account
as I said I would is that hopefully I have enough xp to play the 60k battle at the end of the month.
VS was a fantastic place to play when i joined 2 years ago but they have done nothing but cut back the
promotions since Dan left.Player Loyalty counts for nothing as shown by the selective deposit bonus
offer last week which was the last straw for me.Any serious player cannot consider playing at the reduced
rtp when the standard rtp is available in many other casinos,its just throwing money away.
I wish them well and hope they can get their act together.They could still be a great place to play
with a few changes but I can no longer deposit there.
 
I don't bother with CoS but I saw on my achievements that I got 1st and 2nd and I was excited to get the spins today (had no idea how many)....
55 fs redeemed with 50% RTP and played for 15% RTP :laugh::laugh::laugh:

...to be completely honest I used 1.00 to enter the Madness .... will let you know how it will work out ....
 
I still haven't received an answer as to what happens to accrued weekend booster when someone takes a break or self excludes? The right thing to do would be to honour it and refund it to the player?

When I self excluded through Gamstop, the funds in my Videoslots account (earned cash back paid since the exclusion started) was automatically paid to me a few weeks after. Didn't need to contact them or anything.

That's good to hear-

I'm not bothered in my case as it's about £4 but the thought of higher rollers not being paid what was owing was all wrong in my eyes.

I agree with you on the RTP aspect of things, where you have a choice to play games with a higher RTP at a different casino then you should absolutely do that. I called them out on this when they made this change in a rather sneaky fashion IMO, and made a video about it.

When it comes to the bonuses though I don't agree. I used to get quite regular 100% up to £200 bonus offers, standard 10% increments post-wager release. They were a nice little perk and I'd often take them. Then a little while ago they dried up completely, haven't had one for quite some time now, but it hasn't changed VS being my default casino choice (RTP issue notwithstanding). A bonus is just that to my mind, something on top of the normal experience.

All I'm really after at a casino is:

1) Reliable platform. (i.e. No lag, crashes, good website etc.)
2) Wide games selection.
3) 24/7 customer support.
4) Accredited at CM with an active presence.
5) Fast payouts.
6) Decent site design. (i.e. easily searchable, as VS is, compared to LeoVegas which is bloody awful)
7) Nice extras. (Such as MyRTP which I think is a fantastic site feature at VS.)

Nice to have would be:

1) Reasonable rewards structure. (IMO the Weekend Booster, COS, Wheel of Fortune etc are all OK.)
2) Bonus offers. (And yes, these do seem to have dried up a bit at VS, but as you can see, they're last on my list.)
 
Hey @Team.Videoslots I don't think the game history or RTP record is working right. I deposited 36 last night and lost it right quick however 10 hours later it's not showing up under RTP or game history.

I think the thing to remember is that it’s not in the interests of the casino to offer everyone a deposit promo email at the same time. There’ll clearly be criteria - they want to tempt you. If you’re depositing loads anyway, you don’t need tempting.

BIB - What makes you sure there will be another 60K battle this month? Did @Team.Videoslots say there will be one 60K battle every 2 months and the months inbetween the weekend battle weekend as usual? So 1 month the 60k battle then the next month the normal 10/30 man battle weekends?

As much as I really enjoyed that 60K battle, I know for a fact I will never be able to get into the top 50 places in it anyway. I struggled to get anywhere in battles for the last 6+ months.

I also wished they did the 60K battles as well as the freeroll weekends, but that will not happen with all those cutbacks they did and are still seem to be doing :P

I don't think you get any reward for 7500 spins, just a trophy.

Since the wheels were introduced, I'm pretty sure I only triggered 2 blue and one worthless green one (a weekend booster multiplier)
 
Last few month at videoslots games feel like they have totally made every slot to low variance ...
Bonanza every feature pays same 25x and triggers allmost identical way
Reactoonz 99% of implosions are 3 wilds, 99% of incisions are green dude, every gargatoon pays 50x
All book games... no retriggers, no wins over 25x

9/10 battles my result is 50% of starting balance... 1 out of 30 i can get reward...

Are trophies being applied for newer games? I’m certain I had 3 wins in a row (I actually thought it was 4 wins) yesterday on Legacy of Ra yesterday but no trophy. I checked again today.

I thought it was strange that I’ve tried lots of the newer games in the past couple of weeks and not once had a blue wheel appear....
hope you don’t mind me asking x

Seriously?for the last 3 days I have been getting despoit£20 with £20 bonus x20 wagering I also play another brand were all bonuses are 1x wagering with zero restrictions (excluding first despoit).
Both brands also have 24 hour live chat and 24 hour withdrawals to debit card.

edit: seems like game has that reward but i didnt get it.
Support confirmed my 4 wins and forwarded it.

Now out of curiosity i really want to see if i get any reward for that since they have to add it manually.. I'm sure i'll just get trophy added , without any reward

There can sometimes be a little delay before you receive a completed trophy but do note that regardless of if it has to be added manually, or not, not all trophies has a reward hidden behind it. But hopefully, the luck will be on your side this time :)

There was no delay this time.. It just didnt add last win towards reward for some reason

Was wondering if there was anyone else, Blow through deposits on like under 1.00 bets in an hour, no bonus games and if you do their terrible. Last night was a little more fun to be fair but not by much and anything like 100x or even over starting balance seems like a jackpot. Not saying I did not have bad sessions before but then you would hit something to make up for it a bit, Now lately it seems every time it's poof money gone and not 1 hit on any slot or provider.

Maybe try the trick of team videoslots you're looking good today and you're the bestest. (Even though I still don't have my netent answer).;)

Every month I have deposited 450 dollars to meet wagering, and with those deposits, I can not win over my deposits. I have not won anything since last fall. It's the same..same, and it's not just Videoslots. I'm fed up with online gaming now. I will be doing the land casinos June 25th and see if my shitty luck is the same there.

Something has definately changed with online gaming over the last few years,bearing in mind games are becoming more volatile it should
more possible to make a decent withdrawal every now and then but it doesnt seem to work like that.Most sessions seem to be miserable
grinds down to zero or any if you are lucky a larger win may get you back to your starting balance, very rarely do you get a big win early
on which would give a decent withdrawal.I used to play at £1 or £2 stake and get long playtime,now I am down to 20p as a standard stake
and anything above 40p just eats the balance.The only way to get a withdrawal now is to set your sights very low eg a profit of half your
deposit.

It is exactly what I said: "No achievements". About anything, no achievements, no trophies at all and of course no rewards about anything.
No matter if you do 100 trillion spins on certain games, if you go to "my achievements" those games are never mentioned because they have no achievements at all.

I noticed a huge change after switching from flash. Also the programming has changed with the providers? I too have seen where 10 cents works better than 20, and 50 cents works better than one dollar, but that gets boring after a while, and in the end all it does is buy you maybe an extra half hour play time. I like my bets one dollar and up. Its been 9 years since I've been to a land casino :)
