Regarding a issue with the clashes of spins. Yesterday I was playing and was playing Dragons awakening slot. Played it for a while, and managed to get to 2nd place in a clash, so I then checked the clash of spins page, and found the clash in question and it shown my name in second place and it then said the battle was ended. It had 0.00 time remaining, My name was 100% in second place and it should have been 50 spins in rocket fellas slot.

So I just went to live chat and asked them where is my reward for that clash, and they said I only earned 5 rewards and I did not finish second, so I then asked them to check the notification history for Sunday 21st, and they could not find the notification in question at first, so I said keep checking. Then if by magic they found the notification that said:

Outdated URL-04-21 11:00:21 You advanced to spot 2 in the Clash. Good work!

So you see, the system is obviously broken. It is not giving the correct rewards to people who place in the clashes. How many more have me and everyone else missed out on because the system failed?

Live chat said they will get this fixed and investigated as soon as possible. But I am going to also email you with the same info I said in this post, because clearly this is not right?

Can I make a suggestion which could be useful.
On the all games page,in the all casino games tab,provide 2 more categories, namely multiways and feature buys.
As more and more multiways are coming on line it is getting more difficult to keep track of them and it would be
good to see all the games in one place, same with feature buy games . Other Casinos are starting to do this.

Think variety and maybe modest stakes (0.60 max)

This is the tactic I used for years. Granted it doesn't regularly lead to massive cash outs but 8/10 does lead to a lengthy session which is obviously great for wagering and hitting your target, plus its rare I end a month a a massive loss, if at all, quite a lot end up small profit or break even.

Don't stay on the same game too long either, win or lose unless say every 50 spins your lost very little or in front.

Hell even Starburst can come in handy in these scenarios
