Pretty sure, Its just an instant cash prize, no strings, no wagering no ties like turning over a deposit 1x, nothing. so your cash out should go straight thru.

Well now over £400 down and just crept passed 2400 XP points, if I had a tin foil hat I'd be thinking it's a setup. Hideous run and sweet FA of playtime.
 
Must say i am absolute fuming right now. I made deposit of £35 tonight to try my luck on some new games. Been rolling really good that new Thunderkick slot Midas Golden Touch is absolute crazy you should give it a try guys i hit a over 200x in bonus and it has potential of just over 10,000x. Great slot and I really like i will go so far and say this is the best slot Thunderkick has released.

But as my balance now got up to almost £300 and i went down to £260 I though i better make a quick withdrawal of £200. As I know Videoslots always quick within hours or minutes.

BUT suddenly it poppoed up that i need verification?? WHAT???? Suddenly now Videoslots is demanding new proof of Address. This is an absolute joke sorry for me being angry here as many of you might know me, I am not one for bitch and moan. But this is taking the P%&*.

I cant withdraw now cant even remove anything of my balance......

WHY was i not emailed or notified that I suddenly need to send new documents which I already have proven before? Finally this year i have a nice balance and could withdraw and I get this??

For anyone else make sure you go and check your Videoslots account to see if you are fully verified as you might get a nasty surprise.

I will just play on now and when if I hit £200 i will stop and put my account on lock.....
 
I wish i had not consumed alcohol as well been a great fun night last half hour really enjoyed my time at Videoslots. Now its ended with a bang and big frustration. But going on livechat now to see hopefully can help or sort it out if I send them.

Or maybe system is playing up.
 
PS anyone got experience with that slot called Wild Swarm? I reached the final be so Hive about to explode this was months ago. I have had over 50 bees come in total since. Anyone know when it will pop LOL. I am thinking maybe go chase this now on £1 / £2 spins :D

I have been on the max since September I am only playing it when I have a healthy balance which is why I am still on maximum after six months in the limited plays I have tried at high bet I got 8x at £10 spins other than that got nothing.

Tried it a few times the last couple of days. Seems pretty good so far - had a few bonus's.. First i got i managed nearly 300x, next 3 gave me 25-30x. Today I had a 150x and 100x and then a 30x. Will give it further play at some point but seems a decent slot so far :)

Thanks for that mate. Yeah from what I understand best way to run this slot when reaching max is to have a big balance and grind it in one go as then it will go. Problem is you really want it on as high stake as possible :) would be horrible hitting it at £0.20.

But I guess its better than wasting 100s of pounds on higher stakes. I think i am just gonna settle with max £1 bets and try go for it or even £0.60. :)

Will let know if i get lucky tonight :)

I have decided to reduce to £6 spins from £10 but judging by my play tonight it will be a while before i get to try it again

@Team.Videoslots Can you PLEASE fix the "Set max bet protection limit per spin" section! I sometimes set mine to 0.30 with "No cool off" - but when I remove the limit, it says it will reset in 1 week.

What is the point of having "no cool off" if it doesn't work?!

Really frustrating. If I get a good win and want to increase my bet size immediately, I can't.

Please fix this - it has been a few weeks since I flagged it!
 
Yesterday and today session were a 200€ loss on min bets (20cents) without a single jackpot wheel or rewards.

But VS, why do I see your ads on the site with 'Captain Venture - click here' while I cant play them? I am in the NL so it is a weird ad. The same for some more games you advertise on my videoslots page
 
I have given up now I am on £1,600 wagered but put £40 in last two days barely wagered £78 tried Midas Touch yesterday and Hit It Big today and £20 was gone in like 2 mins. Just no chance of getting near £2,500 this month will have to try again from May.

lol theres a list of daily games you have to work out the clue and then play , winning a set amount of times to receive this easter wheel.

Yesterday i got 5fs on viking runecraft (that gave me 6p, and cost me far more to get the wheel lol)

Today it cost me around £2 of playing on that waterfall playngo game.. and i made about £1.40 from the spins... :laugh:

:confused: lol. Made about 1,421 individual deposits from £10 to £50 and never got a JP Wheel even once for my deposit.

Going to take me all night spinning wheels when VS read this and credit the missing JP Wheels :p

To save you the time i have about 10 orange WB of different amounts from 1.75 to 3 x for 100 spins that you are more than welcome to have as i won't be using them. That is what you would probably receive from 10 wheels anyway lol.
