Deposits limits dont do what they say.

I really don't understand how the deposit limits work at VS.

I recently had changed my limit to £50 a day as I am stopping away from home on a course for 2 weeks and fancied £50 in my downtime.
£50 daily limit kicked in Monday and I've been happily playing all week.
After reading the deposit limit below I decided to change my deposit after playing on Thursday to £300 a week (to kick in in 7 days time when I finish my course).

You are able to set how much you can deposit during a chosen period. When the limit has been reached you will get a message which informs you that your deposit limit has been reached and you will not be able to make any further deposits.

You can change or remove your deposit limit. The change will automatically take place after a period of 7 days. If you want to decrease your limit, the change will take place with immediate effect.

Now this isn't whats happened.

This is not resolved and doesn't look like its going to be, as there is nothing Dan can do about it.

Be careful if you adjust your limit at VS because apparently the system doesnt remember how much you have deposited when it changes the limit from daily to weekly and in this case it saw it as a decrease so applies it immediately but with a week timeout.
What this should do if it applies immediately and the new amount has not been met is adjust for the remainder of your available limit.

An unfortunate side effect of requesting assistance is since VS have been looking into the issue my limit is now not becoming available for an extra day to what it was when I contacted support, and I have made no changes..!!

Long week away from home, too much of my time trying to explain to support the issue, no resolution and now an extra day added on top until I can deposit...

With all the different time zones would it not have been right to mention that in the promotion email? For me it said deposit on the 2nd this month get the reward.

I got interested this morning about how time zones work and what time zones we are in so I did some research.
