Suggestion Videoslots Improvement thread

So Videoslots in general is a pretty good site, but there is a few things I would like to see changed, please feel free to come up with other suggestions, but keep the thread to suggestions only, there are other threads for general chat.

Banking:

* When depositing, why must I keep adding in my debit card number after every 3rd deposit or when I change the deposit amount. It's really frustrating that you don't save the number like all the other casinos and you would only have to type in the CVC number.

* Don't force the customer to withdraw to the most used method. When you are fully verified with all the deposit methods you should be able to withdraw freely to whichever method you want that you have used before.

* Add Trustly for withdraws, and sort of the same point above; I recently discovered how amazing Trustly is. You can get your money in your bank account within minutes as soon as it's approved.
And to add to that, Trustly is very slow at deposting (almost 5+ minutes!) so what I do is deposit with my debit card which takes seconds and then withdraw to Trustly as I want the money within my account without delay. Seriously, if you can allow the same thing you would see alot more deposit from me, the freedom to do so is amazing.

Battles:

*Freeroll battles, keep them as they are. They are fun. But maybe try to mix up games even more and not have the same ones on the same schedule for weeks. Less €0.10 battles too would be nice.

*Paid battles, something seriously must be done here as there is no excitment to be in the top 5 anymore. I mean, one of the €10 buy-in battles today had less than 10x first place win! Where is the fun in that? Please consider lowing the amount of winners to a maximum of 10 or less, it's pretty pointless to get a win which is nearly identical to your buy-in when your 10-15th place, and even less rewarding when you beat maybe 60+ people and all you get is 10x your buyin.

Games:

*Excellent selection of games, but I would like to have a popup menu on the right or something (similar to Leovegas) where the RTP is displayed, it's a bit inconvinent to find it.


Rewards:

*Please introduce higher value spins than the minimum ones. You are so far behind on the other casinos with this. As for your new year special as an example, I'm sure the winner of 10k spins would have appreciated 100 x 1€ spins instead of 10k 0.10 cents spins.

*Please allow bundling of freespins, having 30x 4,5,6,10 freespins for the same machine is really annoying.

recognize that prepaid cards are disposable and there's zero point in asking for scans seeing as there's no name on them anyway.
bad enough to request the current one..but old ones? when ypu lose on the deposit the card is empty amd can't be reloaded so there's no real reason to hang onto it.

and there's no excuse to not know the cc used to deposit is a one time use throwaway ..there's a bin list that clearly defines what type of card was used.

On the all night freeroll battles,introduce a queue system for registering,instead of the first come first served system that is used.
Really is no fun clicking like mad for 5 minutes without success.Cant see why the player could not click to register,get a place in a queue,
fill the battles from the queue until the player reaches the front.Hope that makes sense.

Keep being logged out again and again
Being asked to deposit when you log in not responsible gaming to keep asking people to deposit
The variety of free battles - Saturday and Sunday need revamping same old 10p nonsense games on a Saturday morning.
The battles not defaulting to minimum bet when you join one
Free spins from Battle nights or weekends should be joined together not 6 or 5 or 4 and having pages of them.
Needs to be easier to see where you are in the race not just the pop up in the corner
Chat needs an off button.
When you close a game you go back to page 1 of the games list and you end up just playing the games on page 1 as those on 13 plus are clicks away.

1) Chat needs an OFF button (just reaffirming what Steveh35 just said) and chat needs an urgent review of allowed words/censorship.
Not be able to type basic words like Hello and start is just unbelievable and should I remind we are over 18?

2) People monitoring chat should have an advanced understanding of the English language/slangs/expressions and if in doubt maybe Google it before sending annoying emails to us where we have to explain to them what the phrase/words meant. (

3) VS support people should have training or some sort of "Bible" where they all give us the same answers when asked questions and not having every support agent giving us a different answer for the same question. Their priority, for obvious reasons, is to sort player's deposit issues on the spot and not refer our case to technical department or someone else. Put us on hold and sort it out! We understand that sometimes something may go wrong and we don't mind waiting because we can see that someone is working on it.

Give us the option to launch games full screen in a new window with no borders. It's annoying to have to play within the casino's frame, would much rather have the game full screen.


Only a couple of casinos do this, playgrand and dragonara, but it looks and plays so much better.

On the same point give an option to pop the game out into a window, we can keep playing then while doing something else in the browser. I know i can minimise the browser tab to a smaller size but it's not the same

A major annnoyance is:
I, like many other players work their way through the pages of slots systematically or use the specific drop downs to identify slots.

It would be great if anytime you closed a game that you then weren’t took back to page 1 (most popular slots) but instead took back to the page or search criteria you were last on before selecting the game.

If the games popped out into a separate window to play, this would be an easy fix for this.

Yes its so hard i have never try so hard how for this may be i m trying over a year too long time i just ignored it because it wasnt going forward im not half way at

Make 10p bets count as half points in the race.
New games and providers in battles, BTG (bonanza) battles, pragmatic play battles maybe even some microgaming ones.
Confirmation pop up message when joining cash battles.

I would imagine this is higher risk. I would think that 15 x 6 free spins would pay out less as you are starting a new 'session' where as 100 spins might enable you to win more - well that is my take on it

Another suggestion and I know that VS already give us heaps of rewards, but a token Freespin in our birthday would be great too.

Even if it is only 5 FS. It is the present that counts and make us feel special that VS gave us something in our birthday.

No need to keep pushing, Dan is already aware of this thread and noted all the feedback. That is all they can do lol. Us keep making thread after thread wont make things happen any faster or happen at all. We all know that when casinos say they have noted our feedback doesn't mean they will implement our suggestions!

Bit of a pipe dream this one but ill say it anyway:

Negotiate with microgaming to possibly get exclusive access to their retired "fruit machines" library... Jamaican 'a' fortune, Track and field mouse etc, seeing as these are compensated games they are guaranteed money makers and being only on one provider they will not end up passing funds from one casino to another like they used to do. plus bonuses are near non existent on VS so no need to worry about people filling them up with bonus funds and then 'cashing out' the RTP in cash.
