Guys be carefull currently about Videoslots because today i've been scammed by them with really pathetic way.

They opted me out from weekend booster with no reason when i start playing. In this time for sure i wager several or a dozen thousands euros and today they wrote me that i opted myself out even though I am 100% confident that I am not (i don't know why anyone would like to do this) ...

So be aware and don't play here currently for any reasonable money, because if @Team.Videoslots scam in such a little things currently if you win something decent it is more likely that there will be issues with withdraw your winnings.

It doesnt make any difference anyway.
Its a very small part of your own winnings that get "saved" and you get them on the next friday.
In other words its your money, not something that you get from VS.

depends when he joined. i still get the old school booster that isnt taken from my winnings.

The only people that new 'booster' benefits is the casino - take 18 quid in total off, for next Friday, players are likely to just play it away, so it basically reduces the RTP ever more

Yeah, the increase from 92% to 96% only lasts for 6 hours though, after that immunity to the lower RTP's wanes. It's why they have it every Friday

But in general, the Weekend Booster Vault is on by default. You are able to Opt-out from it if you wish. We never do it for customer if not specifically asked by them. In the case you have the old style of Weekend Booster, then it's always on, there is no option to disable it.

Regarding your withdrawal issues, you are always welcomed to contact us and it will be solved. We also offer a play block on the account until the withdrawal issue has been solved, to prevent losing your winnings. Normally withdrawal issues are related to verification, which is mandatory in many of the cases, as we have to follow certain laws and regulations.
