Why is it casinos , in this case Videoslots dont put some message up on their homepage that a software provider has gone down, in this case Netent...and they still use netent which is not working today for their battles..and chat couldn't help for around 45mins wasted time with them...also they seem to have no communication with their tech team....telling chat to tell clients about any problem...not great.
 
Agreed, they should float a notification but considering it's the weekend, a holiday weekend and what's happening in the world, I'd cut them some slack as probably being understaffed :)
2 minutes to stick a message on site though and they have been down hours. I'll bet if the deposit system was down someone would be able to spend 2 minutes to fix it, bank holiday or not ;)

Netent experienced some technical issues yesterday, which caused some interruptions for our battles. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Hi @writeon, We are not cutting back on battles, we have just changed and updated the games. @writeon, the battles should be working...

Held on posting on here as its not much of an issue but have waited 5 days + now

I had a reward for Lost Island (Netent) and could not use it as the game is/was not there, only the poor man's Eyecon version

Done the usual cookies/incognito etc and still cannot open the game, did ask if this could be swapped for any other 0.20 min bet Netent game please?
