As some of you might have already known I was hoping to win some $800++ on Battle of Slots in Videoslots but I guess I was pushed from #2 to #5 which still paid quite decently.

However after all said and done, the prize which was suppose to be paid out to me was € 351.60 ($ 381.56). But in reality I was only paid $377.74 (about $3.82 less). Well... you might come and say that it is just a very small difference but it all adds up if you think about it.

When I bought in to the tourney, I was charged € 1 ($ 1.09). Exchange rate being 1.09 or at max 1.085 (I'm calculating the rounding up).

So about a few hours later, I am getting paid at en exchange rate of 1.074 which is about 1% less than what is suppose to be paid to me.

You might also say that I've Opted-In for the Weekend Booster and the money is there. But you're wrong again coz I've Opted-Out of it. Balance there stands at $0.00

My question is why is Videoslots charging 1% in between for no reason whatsoever? It would be something I would like them to explain to me and everyone else.

@Team.Videoslots Please explain the discrepancy!

As I siad,
As I said, I bought in less than 24 hours and their rates change by the minute? I don't think they will be so free to update their rates within a less than 24 hours.

If you look at at my pic...

28 Apr 10:09 GMT - EUR1,00 is USD1.09
29 Apr 00:06 GMT - EUR1,00 is USD1.074 ??

Wow!!!

Currency rates do change by the minute, sometimes considerably. Changes over a 24 hour period can be huge, 10% is not unheard of. Frankly on a 1% change I'd count myself lucky.

Wow!!!

1 SGD will get you 3 Ringgit but 3 Ringgit won't get you 1SGD when you change it back lah! :)

I agree partly Max but they have this rate quite a long time already. They are somewhat sticking to a normal exchange rate, not multiple different exchange rates per day.

Dude this should not happen in the Casino. They are not earning from Exchange Rates.

Hi @aodat2,

We are looking into this to ensure that everything was paid correctly. We will update this thread later today.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots
Thank you very much. Will be hoping to hear back from you soon.

I've cashed out to Neteller a few times in the last days and I've also noticed that VS have a higher rate than they usually have. I'm grateful for being able to use Neteller while other casinos have removed it for us so I don't complain. I just thought they had added some extra fees.
I maybe should add that it's still the normal rate when I use the card in stores.

Edit: I realized after that it's probably Neteller who takes out a lot more. Sorry Vs :)
