iron dog rules.png Hi all just would like this to be made aware of the game at videoslots which is paying incorrect in start up of bonus round in game feature the slot is called Rainbow Wilds the provider is Irondog games.

After three weeks since reporting this to the Rep Dan & reporting this via live chat when it happened the game was only pulled due to the fact of me pushing this game to be removed only the other day, at no point did Dan get this game removed from point i had tolod them there is a problem (26th Feb)so any players that have played this since 26th of feb should look into the bonus feature it may well be incorrect , the starting bonus i got should of started at 3x multiplier & 20 free spins , my feature started at 2x multiplier & 20 free spins , if you check out pay table it clearly states 3x starting point.

Irondog first stated it was something else , to which was incorrect & i had to fight this with Dan , Dan did see my point & had it sent back to them & have been waiting approx three weeks , i got this sorted today , with videoslots stating they would credit the account , but did not , it takes 24 hours after speaking with live chat , so after three weeks of hassle & me contacting Dan fairly often about the problem it has got sorted but i do find this pretty disgusting from a place i voted for as number one place.

They way this has been handled from the word go , the time it has taken to get this sorted & the fact that the credit was not done upon them updating this, i had asked dan for compensation during this because i felt this was taking far too long to get this sorted, to which he did credit some free spins ( thanks ) but overall im not impressed that this game is allowed to carry on considering the game has been tested & complies with online gaming , clearly it does not as i had found out. with this in mind i have closed my account within video slots & asked for credit to go to charity maybe Dan can send it to Teds charity on here @ casinomeister.

Just a heads up for everyone to see that you better check all your games whilst playing them & at least you know your being paid correctly on payouts.

Three weeks running a faulty game? That's not on, is it. Apart from the player problems this brings, it would be far better for the casino to just pull it until resolved. Half the time it seems they just don't listen to our concerns :cool:
 
Yes and it is this kind of shit they call Fraud when a players hits big and the provider had to chek if the slot is in god condition and that it hasnt been manipulated by the player! But its never something wrong on the slot as long as the player is loosing.
 
I had same issue and noticed with this slot but think i was playing at LeoVegas also found it to be paying much less and i went through several 100s of Euros have i got a case here as well. Guess just need to learn stay off these less reputable slots or keep to very small stakes :(
 
Hello everyone.

I reported the issue to the provider and the error was identified and rectified when they received it. We have gotten confirmation from the provider that this was a one-off issue and no other player at Videoslots was affected by it.

I agree about the long handling time in this case, it should have been sorted earlier. We have been talking to the provider directly about this and we are expecting improvements in the handling of cases, and we pulled their game to add pressure in a very rare situation.

We take every report we receive seriously and if there is any doubt in the results we are sent, I will personally chase the case until I can confirm and explain exactly what happened, which was done in this case.

I understand aceking123 frustration and I hope that we will be quicker I resolving any issues that comes up in the future.

Btw, another question. Why Cosmic Crystals has a RTP of 98,7% in the pay outs section (where it has effect on the wagering), but a RTP of 95,01 % in the game manual?

Hi Biti,

Some games may have a very high percentage in our Actual game payouts section, as if a big win was recently paid out then it would be listed with a higher percentage in this list. Lower percentage numbers would indicate that the game is less popular with us, and has not had any recent Big Wins. If you change Actual to Theoretical in the game payouts page then that will show you the RTP of the game.

Morning this is the bit i cannot get my head around , the game has been tested before being live yet a player has found this machine has not been checked properly, to say this is a one off again i just don't get at all , how can a game go live & still payout incorrectly & its a one off, this machine have been programmed tested so how can a software provider say its a one off ??? i thought these games was set in stone & cannot be changed once they are live? again this leads to misguiding players & does not look good in regards to so called testing & providers.
