Had pleasure of a nice phone call off this crap company today. Offering me a bonus because I had not played for a while. I pointed out I don;t deposit anymore after you confiscated my withdrawal from points I converted and EARNT because I had not deposit in 3 months.

His reply was, I will give you 10 free spins on Book Of Dead...........So my natural question is if I win on those free spins and withdraw will It be stolen once again? He couldn't even answer me that question.

No interest in decent customer service other than taking your money.

Ha sounds like the same chap that called me too, at about 3 in the afternoon

I too received this blockbusting offer, but politely declined. It was as though he believed I'd never played slots before, explaining how I could get a 50% bonus, and that I could withdraw with the cash anytime etc

Best part and personal highlight is me politely explaining that I don't really play there much anymore, and have made about two deposits in total, only to be greeted with "Well, I can see that you've been a regular player since 2012....and that you only recently logged in a couple of weeks ago"

I didn't want to break his spirit that I was just pilfering the log-in coins to spend in their crap shop

Besides, the call was probably not made by the casino, but a call center they are using for trying to get customers back.

Does it matter?

To me it would because I would like to take the chance and ask about other things. I can't do that if I don't talk to anyone who works at the casino.
Besides, I'm not that fond of them giving my information to such a company where it's mostly kids working.

Wouldn't waste your time. Thats why they took my winnings. They will do same to you.

Well he said Vera John, represented Vera John, disturbed my day and had my account details. I wasn't about to converse any longer than I needed to

Damn, did not even know about this 'must have made a deposit in the last 3 months' rule, very unfair as the casino allows players to earn points with logging in and rating games. Very poor ethics by V&J.

Me again :D
Is it more ethical to use their system by a player who have no intention of depositing? They do have it in their rules.

Yeah, They recently snuck it into there rules but there's no real warning of it to the average player logging in to collect the coins. I think it should be highlighted in the actual shop somewhere so people don't waste there time wagering to get hit with the bad news that they have wasted there time and wont be receiving a penny. All though saying that i withdrew 30 quid after beating the wagering from the coins. And haven't deposited there in over 3 months. So i guess they may base it on how much you've spent in total at there casino as to whether they confirm the withdrawal or not. Still at the end of the day its not a good thing and puts me off logging in there at all now. :(

It wasn't even the call itself being overly annoying, just the fact they bothered to call me with a lacklustre match offer. There was a slight pause as well when he mentioned "And also we'll throw in 10 spins on......." making me wait for the inevitable "Starburst" revelation.

The shop/ not depositing thing is not the end of the world for me personally, I don't have interest in playing there as a general rule. Vera John just don't strike me as particularly UK friendly, so I lost interest in them a long time ago. Too many better places to play at right now

I don’t mind them to be honest - mainly cos all of my 1k plus DHV wins have came from there ;) so I’m probably conditioned :p

I’m at level 34 or something but only found out that wagering doesn’t put u up the levels, but deposits :what:

Was a bit pissed off last week as they allowed me to deposit but said I couldn’t withdraw to the card as it expired in a few weeks. But the new ones not came yet: didn’t care and had to bank transfer it

Like many sites their deposit offers have completely dried up. Used to be regular, now you either buy with coins or wait until the 25 per cent Sunday bonus.
