Why don't you just respond to that email (from either computer) and ask them to credit your free spins?

Usually if you get an e-mail that contains a welcome bonus different from the one visible at the casino site, that e-mail comes from an affliate, that welcome bonus might be a special deal for just the new customers coming through that affliate or it might even be expired welcome bonus, or incorrect welcome bonus. Some affliates intentionally try to give the false impression that the e-mail comes directly from the casino.

OP says he joined the casino a week before receiving the email, but did not deposit. In such a case it is not unusual for a casino to send a slightly better WB offer via email.

Of course, there might have been an affiliate sending an email coincidentally at that same time, but I find it unlikely.

The easiest way to verify the source is to see if the email contains OP's user name / account number in the casino.

Hi Scook

Thank you for your post and apologies for the delay in responding.

We would like to look into your case to determine the reasoning why the free spins were not available to you so please can I ask you to send me a private message with your email address. Apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you felt.

Thanking you in advance.
