I just wanted to let everyone know that Vegascrest has a delay on withdrawals. I paid 100.00 for a 1000.00 bitcoin withdrawal and it has been 10 days with nothing happening. they said it has been processed and will take 2-4 days? Why am I paying 10% of my withdrawal and then waiting like 2 weeks for a bitcoin withdrawal. Shouldn't this be like 24 hours if I am paying 10%? I am so over this place. This is very frustrating. They said to contact accounting who are not in the office until monday now.

If I am paying such a ridiculous amount of money to payout to bitcoin it should be instant. I really hope they are looked over by this site because as of now this seems very terrible.

That really stinks! Honestly, I think something is up with them. With all the new fees, and deposit options they have now it makes them look desperate. Now the delay in a bitcoin withdrawal? I think my decision to stay away from them was the right one now.

Hope this gets resolved for you quickly!

All the best,
LH

Thats how i read it first aswell.
But i think he means he made a $1000 withdrawal using bitcon as withdrawal option.
Yes 1000 dollars via bitcoin which costs 100 to WD. So I am waiting for 900.00 and its been almost 2 weeks now :(

Just an update that I did indeed receive the payout from vegascrest. it looks like it was a different site that did not pay me. I had 3 withdrawals for the same amount from three different places. Vegascrest was not the culprit. I am trying to figure out which site it was now. I wish their support was easier to get a hold of. This would never have escalated this far if they simply said it was paid and gave me the info. It took them almost two weeks to explain and outline everything

At least you got paid, but a 10% WD fee? Wouldn't play there even if it was the last online casino on earth..
10%!!!! Sheer rip off..

I agree that having to pay 10% is ridiculous. But the games are fairly loose compared to elsewhere and I generally get a lot more playtime. They also have a great selection of games. The payouts do take longer than most sites and I wish they would process them faster, especially with the 10% fee.

They do offer a bank transfer option which is around 60 bucks for whatever amount. So if you hit a big jackpot that would probably be the best option.

Anyways, I apologize for the post as far as the payout is concerned because it was not delayed any more than normal. They asked me if I could remove the post but I don’t think there is an option to do so. Unfortunately the post remains here in cyberland with my sincere apology.

They are still a good site to play at in my opinion. The delayed payout looks to be from a sportsbook that never paid me.

Thanks for correcting this.
When I saw your opening post on Saturday I told my contact at the casino you were having a problem. Of course, being the weekend I only got a reply this-morning confirming what you are now saying - that the payout was made in an acceptable time-frame.

It was paid out in like 2 days. Way faster than normal. They usually take a week or so, which is why I thought it was them and not another site. I had 3 WD”s for the same amount from Vegascrest, 3dice, and Bovada. 3dice was pretty much instant. I feel horrible about the mistake but I do apologize.

The site I had an issue with looks to be Bovada. They said I made a charge back which I never did. After sending my bank documents they credited my account the money they claimed I charged back. Now they are saying I charged back again. I don’t even have the CC they claim I made a charge back on so it would literally be impossible. I have gone ahead and closed my Bovada account. I have been a VIP on there for years and can’t believe they are saying I have made charge backs when it’s 100% not true.

If you follow Bovada keep in mind something is really going on with them. They have claimed (3) times now that I charged back. Twice they corrected the mistake and gave me a refund because I paid them the $ on the assumption my bank charged back without telling me. I contacted my bank and they have never charged anything back. So Bovada is simply making things up and trying to collect free money from customers. Either that or they have had a serious security breach.

I asked them to send me the “Notice of charge back” for my CC and they said they cant send me the notice despite the fact the said they have received (3) as of now. I am done dealing with them.

I would never charge back anything. I have lost like 30 grand there and never once complained even with their 15% deposit fee on credit cards.

I an now sticking with Heritage sports and 5 dimes for my sports bets. So it looks like my problem is with Bovada.

But as far as Vegascrest is concerned they are in my opinion the best site online for U.S. players hands down. I found them from your site KasinoKing and happy I did!

:)

I'm so glad you got paid, Dan! I swear, playing online has made me insane. I have a small $300 wd with Vegascrest pending rn and am glad to hear they are upping their game with wd times.

I trust brango and extreme at this point. No b.s., instant btc wd... Yes, they seem to have set their RTG rtp at the low end but... They pay. And with no b.s., instantly. No faxing, they approve via sensible 2019 methods and do it fast. And their daily bonuses are the sh*t. No max cash out, no wagering, fs after, and usually loyalty the next day and generous weekly fs. But unlike some places, it feels fair, not like a "gimme" that you'll lose in 3 minutes.

Disclaimer; not an affiliate but I should be. Lol

Unfortunately some of us played there before the 10% fee was introduced, and since it takes forever to actually withdraw (like many US facing casinos), the fee appeared between depositing and withdrawing.

At first the "fee" wasn't actually listed on the site at all. They just gave you 10% less money. So you paid 10% + an extra $25 that they used to list on the website.

I complained, they responded by email but never followed up, and like a week or two later this "10% fee" appears on the site.

Apparently what they told another poster (think in the other thread here), was that it was their processor, not them, that was taking this fee. Even if it's true, they're responsible for either taking care of those fees themselves or informing customers of exactly how much they will pay - and if their payment processor is charging them 10% for bitcoin transactions that's almost a straight up scam. Especially since they were, apparently, entirely oblivious that this money was being taken as a processor "fee".

So it's plausible to me that this is more incompetence than maliciousness, but it's not like they've gone out of their way to make it better (or eat a portion of the fee themselves - you know since they make money on people gambling there in the first place).

I apologize for the post as far as the payout is concerned because it was not delayed any more than normal. They asked me if I could remove the post but I don’t think there is an option to do so.

So Vegascrest is completely aware of these threads, and this is how they choose to interact with it rather than making a post? Cool.

Unfortunate that you've having trouble with bovada, that group was one of the few I've still played at occasionally.

I 100% agree with this and it's exactly what I have been saying to my contact there since I found out about this fee.
They did point out that this 10% only applies to Bitcoin withdrawals and not other methods. But if you're in the USA I'm not sure what other ways you can get paid...?

They told me that because they are not licenced to take USA players, that Casinomeister will not let them post on the forum.
I find this hard to believe and so will try to find out if this is true...

I am the one who asked them about the fee but on another website. And this was coming from the rep at that site. This is the thread:https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...o-bitcoin-withdrawal-fees.88441/#post-1040235

I do believe they do this on all payouts. I have had my wire transfer come up an extra 30 dollars short 2 or 3 times, and I still don't think that is listed for that type of withdrawal. Honestly, I haven't checked.

They do bank withdrawals which is like 60 - 65 bucks and doesn't take much longer than the bitcoin WD. When you calculate the 10% and the additional bitcoin fees to paypal and your bank assuming your using coinbase like me, it ends up being more than a simple bank transfer IMO. I think the best option is a simple bank transfer from Vegascrest to your bank. I am going to post some pics from the last two days below. I have been sticking to the saucify games and winning nonstop. Made like 3k the past few days. I gave back 1k but going to WD around 2k now. I need this money pretty bad for my wedding in a few weeks. I am confident I will be paid pretty quick. This really is a great site despite the fees. Paying the extra fees and having loose slots is worth it IMO. This Cricket fever game is great. hit 5 wilds like 2 times. I also hit 150 like 8 times on Nordic wild picking the owl.

I am not trying to promote them at all. I said some bad things about them and I am still winning a lot.

To each his own but I am happy playing here and get tons of play for my deposits and 100% match bonuses daily. Even if you lose you get a ton of playtime and that's the main focus IMO. GLGL ;)

The 10% Bitcoin fee is ridiculous, just compare the fee structure from CB or any other popular wallet. If you purchase $1000 the fee will be about $38 and then maybe $1-2 for the mining fee to send the Bitcoin. This is just for a one time purchase/transfer, surely they have better rate in place due to the volume they trade. So to ding 10% on a withdrawal and say it's their fee is purely dishonest. This is the kind of nonsense players have to deal with and our power comes from collectively calling out the BS for others to see.

I've never heard of Vegascrest, are they owned by a larger group?

Vegascrest is owned by vista gaming and most known for running bingo games, I believe. So vegascrest was their foray into running a regular online casino, then they shrugged and starting spamming their bingo stuff all over it anyway.

Regarding bitcoin, there's really no reason for any casino to charge their customers money based on exchange fees. From a quick search, coinbase you mentioned is a .5% fee if you use their actual exchange (coinbase pro), plus an extremely small exchange spread (like .02%), and much lower for people doing over $10,000 in volume. So realistically you're looking at maybe .2% in exchange fees per transaction as a casino, not an amount you need to pass onto a customer. Also if continues just held a small amount of bitcoin, they could probably eliminate many of these transactions and just use some of the deposits to provide liquidity for withdrawals, meaning they would pay very little at all in exchange fees.

But there's an additional small fee many casinos would likely pay on top of that, called the "we don't want to deal with this ourselves so have a third party do it instead." Something like bitpay, which would be at most a 1% fee. But maybe well known companies don't want to work with casinos and they end up using more questionable payment processors that might charge 2-3%. All right, that's a bit more, but not more than a credit card. If the fee is any more than that a casino really needs to reconsider why they're just throwing money away.

But apparently vegascrest pays an even higher fee then that, called the "lol we don't even care just rob our customers blind, we don't even know what's going on" fee to their payment processors. This fee is apparently 7-10%, and vegascrest (assuming they are being honest) had no idea this was being charged at all so they used to charge an additional $25 on top of it.

Exactly in the end they just pass all the costs onto the player and there’s little recourse and they know most players won’t grief too much b/c after all they just “got paid”.

Out of curiosity I wonder how EU based casinos process bitcoin withdrawals for players and if the processing costs are passed onto the players? I‘d find it hard to imagine they can get away with 10% fees and still have a customer base.

I am still waiting for my recent payout. it has been like 10 days now and nothing. They said it will take 5-7 business days for the wire transfer. So who knows. I hope I receive the money in the next few days. Was hoping to have some extra money for my wedding this weekend. We shall see. I just wish they would pay faster. This is stupid to have to wait so long just to receive a payout especially when everywhere else pays in like 2-3 days for free.

I think I might just quit playing online soon. It's just not worth it anymore. Everyone in the U.S. gets screwed one way or another and it's annoying to be taken advantage just because we are limited as to where we can play.

Congrats on the wedding! Have you tried e-mailing Karl, the VIP Program Manager. He has always helped me when I needed it. If you need his e-mail message me.

Hope you receive your winnings before the big day!

still nothing. I will wait until Friday and if nothing happens I will contact you! Thanks

Thanks labeled. Been two weeks and no payout yet. So now I am very frustrated. I chose a wire transfer to save on paying 200 bucks for my payout. I have now finally contacted the payment department and they said they will have to check with their wire processing department. I used this method previously and it only took like 5 days. This just sucks because I love their site and games. But paying a 65 fee and not getting paid is very annoying. No clue if I could ever play here again. This is not good. I needed this money pretty bad right now.

never anticipate anyone giving you money they owe you and don’t ever count on having that money. Because you never know what could happen.Columbus day was Monday so that could have caused an issue. Who knows. I am trying to remain calm but this is so frustrating. I am out 1800 bucks right now that could have been put towards helping my family with our wedding. I am not broke or anything but 1800 bucks is a decent amount of money. It’s not gonna make or break me but I want my money lol

I'm so frustrated for you. I quit playing at the entire bovada group about six months or a year ago because something felt off when I asked for a bad-beat comp... One of the first I ever asked for in like12 years with them. The response was shitty and I closed accounts across the board. I don't regret it, but do miss Dirty Martini. Lol

I'm a hair's breadth away from doing the same at another site. I've played online since.. Damn, almost 20 years and when it's off, it's off. Trust your judgment and do NOT hesitate to do what you have to do, banking wise. Some outfits go bad, and we've all been a party to that if we've been around. Don't let the affiliate/affiliate wannabes tell you otherwise. Fraud is real in this industry.

Congrats again on your wedding!
