As much as I hate Topgame, and believe they are as rogue as rogue gets.....you don't make it easy for anyone to want to help you Lynchie.

I would sincerely hope that you will make better choices in the future, when it comes to where to spend your money. And the advice given to you in this thread is spot on the money. Calling people/CS reps idiots, or telling them to go eff themselves will get you nowhere.

Do yourself a favour and avoid ALL Topgame casinos from here on. They are in the rogue pit for a reason.

Enclosed please see the suave conversation our support rep and the the player is having. We only said to the player that the CAF will be sent through mail from finance and we do not have the download option on the site and the player went abusive. This was the only reason the quality control had to freeze the player's account. We have also posted the same on the other forum.

Looks like they "played games" with the wrong player, one NOT content to play "the stalling game" patiently.

It's all very well saying "it'll be sent manually", and presumably VERY SLOWLY. This might be acceptable in many other businesses, but not an INTERNET based business, where you EXPECT to be able to use the internet to conduct business.

There is no reason why a blank form has to be printed off manually and posted, other than to add delays into the process. I have had to send in these forms on a number of occasions, and a number of operators. EVERY TIME this has been conducted through the internet, blank forms being downloaded, and pre-filled forms being sent by email attachment for printing, signing, scanning to JPEG, and sending back. This entire process can be done from start to finish in an afternoon.

The fact that Top Game DON'T have this kind of slick operation is evidence of how AMATEUR the whole Top Game operation is, and always has been, and one reason why it has ended up in the rogue pit. Playing at this kind of outfit is very risky.

Dropping an "F bomb" just plays into their hands, since it gives them a convenient excuse to add further delays into the process, and can be used against you in any complaint.

We can symathise, just as we can with the unwitting player who can't get paid by CoolCat casino, but we know that there was always the intent to wriggle out of paying at the slightest excuse, so giving them one does not help.

When the rep bowed out, it looked like it was down to him being disappointed with how the Top Game operation was run, and he didn't want to be part of it any more. Top Game themselves have decided not to replace him.

Even the OPERATOR reps have drifted away from the forum, as though they have given up trying to convince us they are all "OK" despite the steady stream of complaints.

The ONLY way to get paid by a rogue is to make it not worth their while NOT to pay you. Many players have found that persistence can even work with the Virtual group, although it generally takes MONTHS of slowly wearing them down to the point where they will make a settlement deal just to get rid of you. You CANNOT "lose your rag" for this to work, you have to make them feel that YOU are in charge of the situation, not them.
Such cases are best persued through email, so that they cannot goad you into losing control, and setting off the "F bomb".

You have been told on this forum and LatestCasinoBonuses, that you will be paid. Zuga even told you he is going to wait until Monday to see what the rep says.

Give them the time and things they are asking for instead of butting heads with everyone. I think you would get a better response from everyone involved. I understand your frustrated, but cursing out CSR's and butting heads with everyone on both forums isn't helping you any.

You still haven't read the FAQ, have you? You seem to have no difficulty reading the posts here so I'll quote the relevant FAQ text for you:

A. All of our PAB communications are carried out via email so that we have a permanent record of what's happening. These records are an invaluable resource for reference and future issues. So, the first thing you need is a reliable email address.

Using email addresses from Yahoo, AOL or Hotmail is not acceptable: these services often discard casino-related emails, the result being that you may or may not receive emails we send you. These deletions are random, unpredictably intermittent, and have been going on for years.

The issue with these services -- Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail -- is that they are blocking and/or discarding our emails addressed to you. This isn't something you have any control over. It's done on their mail servers long before the emails ever make it to your inbox. In other words tweaking your spam filters or whitelists will have no effect on the problem because the deletions happen long before these are ever invoked.

So, don't waste our time by using Yahoo, AOL, ATT.net or Hotmail addresses: get a more reliable email address. GMail seems to work nicely.
(FWIW, I've found GMX.com to also be worthwhile.)

I've been dealing with this problem for ten years, I know what I'm talking about. If you can't be bothered, after all the times you've been told, to read the FAQ and follow the good advice offered there then your PAB is DOA as far as I'm concerned.

Just because the PAB service is offered to you freely doesn't mean we'll take whatever s**t you care to shovel at us. Respect the service as offered or go elsewhere. At this point I'd emphasize the "go elsewhere".

First you praise Max, then straight away DISS him in the very next paragraph. It's clearly not just your email provider that is "random and unpredictable".

Hold fire till next week, and see if they DO finally pay up. If not, you have PROOF that they are lying, stalling, whatever; worse still LYING to others who are trying to help.
