Just checked neteller to see if my money is there...well I got my deposit back. No winnings just the deposit. I have an email in to them and we'll see what they say about my winnings. I played several hundred dollars over the WR.

I think this group pay out the deposit and winnings separately, for some odd reason, so I wouldn't worry.

Regardless of whether you won, you did exactly what they wanted you to. No wonder they impose this delay when people find it so difficult to keep their mouse away from the reverse button

This is exactly the same response that i got from them when i sent them an email asking if they could flush my $7000 withdrawal

Not all of us carry the same restraint as yourself, I think it is called gambling addiction and that is what they prey on, I did win this time but many others not. I will be listing all these reasons to this and closing my account as soon as I get my cheque from them. I stopped playing at Playtech casinos also for the same reason. It seems like 32Reds philosphy and player respect is awfully hard to come by these days, so many online casinos treat us like its a privelage for us to spend our hard earned money at their places, what a show of total disrespect.
 
Got new player bonus, cashed out on 5/15, sent d/l and utility bill, recd deposit and winnings in neteller on 5/17. No hassle, they seem ok.
