Was thinking of taking the 100% at mrgreen , felt like a bit of doa and book of dead action. But just noticed both have been added to excluded games.

During an active bonus, you are not allowed to enter or play: Blood Suckers™, Dead or Alive™, Devil's Delight™, Dark Joker Rizes , The Wish Master™, Robin Hood:, Jackpot 6000, Lucky 8 Line, Mega Joker, Jokerizer, Joker Pro, Steam Tower, Super Nudge 6000, Vikings go Berzerk, Double Dragon, Jackpot games and/or Live Casino Games/ Live Dealer. - We reserve the right to add any game to this group of games. If you do enter the said group of games herein this paragraph anyway, all bonus money and winnings will be refunded to the casino.

Any legitimate reason for cancelling bonus funds for simply opening a game?

Hi SpinUK,

You are right. The wording on that is not fully correct and will be updated accordingly.

To clarify though - if you try to enter a game that is listed in the group of restricted games while having an active bonus, our system will automatically not let you enter, and will provide you with a restricted game lander as per screenshot here:

restricted-game-with-active-bonus.jpg

ie; our system will not let players breach that term as it will prevent them from entering the said game anyway.

Hope that helps. :)

Cheers!

Mmm, quite a few slots prohibited from bonus play here. Where's Victorious and Piggy Riches? I suppose TSI and perhaps some other 9-liners will appear in this list too once MG games have been added.

Hi Mouche,

Good morning. :)

Victorious and Piggy Riches are not restricted with bonus play here.

They are within the group of games that contribute 50% towards wagering requirement while having an active bonus.

Let me know if you have any further questions and i'll gladly assist.

Cheers!

With that wagering, who's going to be mad enough to take the welcome bonus anyway?
30x D+B might sound reasonable to the casual player. But if you work it out...

1st deposit - 100% = 60xB
2nd deposit - 50% = 90xB
3rd deposit - 25% =150xB
4th deposit - 25% =150xB

That's the problem with advertising the wagering as D+B.
While it makes the marketing people happy, because it looks like a reasonable amount.
It actually works out that the less bonus money you receive, the MORE you have to wager:eek:

Hi Lucas,

Remembering what a great guy you have proven to be in the past here, i figured i'd quickly take a look at FreakyVegas.
When i see a no deposit offer (which i did) i'm always interested..

Upon checking the terms that interest quickly dissipated though:)
For starters, the offer only allows for a 10 max cash-out, which to me personally isn't worth the hassle, and even if it was, the minimum withdrawal is 20 or 30, depending on the method.

Which means if you would take the bonus, and beat the WR, you'd have to deposit 20 and wager that at least once..and then according to this rule:
Any transaction fees which may arise when a player deposits shall be incurred by FreakyVegas.com. However in the event of withdrawals, transaction fees may be incurred by the Player. If the method of withdrawal chosen by the Player occasions any charges, these shall be made known to the Player and deducted from the funds demanded to be withdrawn. which all seems to add up to a bad deal...
It's more of a trap to ghet first depo, then anything else, or at least that's the impression it gives me.

Would you comment on this, and perhaps tell me if you're going to scratch that NDB, or amend the offer to be more playerfriendly?
A max cash-out of 100 or more would be a good start. It's also no problem to increase the WR, when doing so.
I personally think NDB's are a great way to get to know new Casino's, especially if they have slots that are new or not well known to me..in this case EGT.

But of course there has to be a good chance to win something worthwhile :)

A lot of things are great, and it looks promising overall, with the max bet protection, and the automatically blocked exlcuded games whilst on a BOnus: keep those gimmicks coming, and you could take a pioneering role :p

Hi there incrediblestuff,

Thanks for your nice intro comments. :) much appreciated mate.

I remember that this topic seems to be close to your heart - (the max withdrawal from no deposit free spins upon registration). :) as i recall your initial feeback post back when I was still at my former place. hehe.

As had mentioned there, the free spins upon sign up are intended for players as an incentive to try out the casino with real funds.

Re; the min withdrawal - that is Eur20.

And if you manage to wager the free spins and would like to cash out you simply deposit the minimum amount and request a full withdrawal.

Moreover we do not apply any fees on either deposits or withdrawals on to the players.
You can refer to the payment options page for more info on this as per the screenshot here:
withdrawals.JPG

The Max Bet Shield protection, and automatic block while having an active bonus was very well received from all our players. Glad you like that. Oh and additionally, the Max Bet Shield is also available via the player's account to use outside of bonus play also if you'd like as one of our responsible gaming features.

We are never ready and there's always room for improvement and that's what we strive for. ;)

Cheers!

Lol yes, it's a hot topic for me ^.^

I quoted the T&C's directly from your site, so i assume not all countries get to see the same page, or one is still not updated, as it did say 10 max WD, and also that you needed to wager your deposit at least once. Of course i'll take your word for it, but in that case it may be worth a small update on the site..:p

Also good that you wouldn't impose the fee, same as above though.

Now personally i still think it's quite low, but basically it is a shot at a free deposit, so...
Hope you'll consider upping it in the future, but of course the most important is rewarding loyalty, and no nonsense cash-outs, so i guess i'll have to take the plunge and see for myself!

Good to see a casino which has a system which prevents players unwittingly breaking a bonus term and risking losing their funds. If they can do it,why can't others:confused:

At least they have it so you cant accidentally play a game.

But i dont really like playing restricted slots when there are tonnes of casinos out there who allow it. And then the wagering is too much :)

40x the bonus is more than enough :D 60+x is a no go

Also since its only 100% with that high of wager it makes it incredibly hard for affiliates to advertise imo ;p

Hey there,

yep the t&c's are correct.

re; The term that you need to wager the deposit at least once is more for monitoring abuse / fraud prevention purposes.

Yes exactly it is important to reward loyalty and we do that through various methods via our crm. In fact we're working on something interesting which we'll hopefully be ready to launch by end of year. :)

Can't say much about it at this stage, but rest assured that I'll keep you posted. ;)

Cheers!

Hi Zimpan25,

Apologies for the slight delay. The withdrawals are processed in batches from the payment gateway provider once approved from our side.

I've personally looked into it for you and your funds should be with you momentarily as it has been processed as we speak with the current batch.

Kindly let me know if you've got any further questions, and I'll get back to you right away.

Cheers!

Hi there Lucas,

first of all, welcome on board and best of luck with your Baptism.

Don't know about other folks, but my verification email took a good while to arrive. Needles to say, with my patience being even shorter than your average gambler's, I deposited elsewhere. But I will see how this thread goes, then might give your casino a go in the future

Hi miiisooo,

Thank you mate. much appreciated. :)

Yes we are aware of a couple of instances where the verification email takes a little while to arrive. In fact perhaps it's a good time to let everyone know that we'll be releasing shortly the verification by phone too.

This comes along with other undergoing developments that we have in the pipeline.

Will keep you posted as soon as we are ready to launch the account verification via phone-(sms). ;)

Thanks again and looking forward!

Cheers!

Horrible experience gameplay

Hi I deposited and played today and I have to say my overall gaming experience so far has been horrible. I was going to contact live chat but noticed that they are offline which is a fairly big negative in my eyes no 24 hour live support. Anyway it started out as a little bit of lag when I was playing Planet of The Apes but got worse with each game I played. The lag came on Netent when ever it was a winning spin and to boot during one of my Wild Wild West bonus rounds the game got stuck and actually froze my computer so I had to do a hard reboot. Tried the other two providers EGT and Ygridissal and still there was lag and freezing games where EGT is concerned. If somebody tells me to clear cache and cookies I will scream. All other sites are playing great with no issues so whatever the issue is here it's with Freaky Vegas.

Other than the technical issues the site looks good and games are easy to find. The casino is a bit bereft of providers which I am sure that they are working on that. So Freaky Vegas fix your tech issues and you have a good site.

Hi Osulle,

Sorry to hear you had a little lags. We do not usually get this kind of feedback though I will look into it and see if there was anything reported, although nothing that i know of yet.

If you could pm me your username, I'll check in on it and get back to you.

And Yes - that's correct - we'll be adding more game providers soon enough, as well as a cool site revamp too.

Thanks again, and i'll wait to hear back from you.

Cheers!
