Gave it a shot yesterday.... Support friendly, but the tech issues are horrible.

Was one of the worst gambling experiences ever....

For the whole time (yesterday / today) all slots Netent/Yggdrasil acted the same:

- Non winning spin - 1-2 seconds delay
- Winning spin 4-5 seconds delay

So on every single spin i knew if it would be a win or not....

Wish i would have not invested money there.... And since i read similar reports in this thread from November it looks like an ongoing issue... Sad
 
This is the worst casino i ever registered at. I made a deposit on wednesday but it never showed up in my casino account. Contacted Livechat multiple times and they always say they will forward it to the relevant department. No one tells me what the problem is and the relevant department doesnt even take 5 minutes to write me an email explaining of whats the problem is.

Only information i get is when i contact them and they dont give me any info at all.

The money left my Visa account and now i have paid 100€ and have no idea where they are. This is going on for 4 days without the relevant department even answering to me.

That's shocking! Can your bank reverse it at all? It's worth a try - mine have for Visa (debit card) and Trustly deposits that have 'disappeared' before... they even refunded my Sky TV Bill once when they took too much one month! :thumbsup:

Not sure if my bank can reverse it. I sent Lucas a PM this noon and i give him some time to answer. He hasnt been online since December so im not sure if he sees it.

I hope i just get a refund without the typical "you have to wager your deposit" and KYC. 4 days without giving me an answer of what the problem is is just unacceptable.
 
So two days later Lucas hasnt responded, the "relevant department" hasnt responded and my account balance is still 0! No refund on my Visa.

If even Lucas dont respond and the chat tells me everytime they forward it with high priority and nothing happens im almost out of ideas of what to do to finally get my money back. I dont want my bank to reverse it as this point because i think that would give me even more troubles. Is this already worth a PAB? I dont know. :confused:

5 days, money lost somewhere, no answer. Great casino :rolleyes:
 
I logged in this afternoon to finally find my balance at 100€. No email informing me about it, again. Gave it an hour if they are writing to me at that moment before i contacted Livechat again.

And of course, they want a full KYC before i can request a withdrawal. Im waiting now for a response from Lucas to get around all of this as i really dont feel very comfortable to send them all my data.

Even if this is my worst experience with a casino so far, kudos to Isabella and Petter from the Livechat. They were always friendly and tried to help me.

At the moment we currently offer Netent, Yggdrasil and EGT while also offer live casino product.

In the meantime we're currently undergoing new integrations and will announce here as soon as we are close to go live with the new software providers. This will hopefully be made soon enough.

Another seperate BIG announcement will be made very shortly also. :)

So keep an eye out here on this thread. ;)

OK - it looks like their 120 days in the BBF has expired - and it looks like they are good to go. Any naysayers for them to be considered Accredited - please speak up now. Thank you.
