Welcome to a new Casinomeister Accredited Casino :D (though I wonder - even though they're run by an existing group with accredited casinos, wouldn't it be better to wait a while to see how things go with the new casino first?)

The odd thing about the casino at the moment is that it doesn't have autoplay for most games. On the BJs it asks you if you want to accept the new strategy table, but then the feature's been disabled. It's the same with the VP - they've even taken out the 'hint' feature. Incidentally, these games aren't allowed for the sign-up bonus in any case.

Does anyone know if they just haven't got round to getting things fully operational yet, or is this the new retro "future" of Microgaming?

One warning for UK/Euro players. This is tucked away in the sign-up bonus terms and conditions, so don't go depositing 50 expecting the 75 you'd get at most casinos:

The casino offers players the option of registering in different currencies $ (US Dollars), (Euros) (British Pounds), and CDN$ (Canadian Dollars). The maximum sign up bonus in any one of these currencies is 150% match bonus on players first deposit up to $75 (US Dollars), 60 (Euro), 45 (British Pounds) and CDN$75 (Canadian Dollar) depending on which currency the player selected on registration.

i did this casino today. Deposit 50 and get 75. When the bonus was cleared I only had 75 dollars left. So I was going to do some autoplay Vegas Strip blackjack. I click the expert box and nothing. I click options and then on the autoplay tab. Says "Autoplay not available for this game." So I manually play about ten hands. I get up to 120 bucks and decide to play one last hand. I bet in 100 bucks and "presto".....blackjack. Cashout please. So we'll see how long it takes.

3-card poker allowed?

Blackjack is not allowed. How about 3-card poker? I know some casinos classify 3-card poker as video poker.

"To withdraw, you need to wager at least 15 (fifteen) times the deposit plus the bonus. For example, if your casino account is credited with a $75 bonus, you need to wager at least ($50 deposit + $75 bonus) x 15 = $1,875 before you can withdraw. Wagering on Baccarat, Craps, Roulette (all forms), Sic Bo, Blackjack and all forms of Video Poker does not fulfill the wagering requirements of this bonus offer. Players may play with the bonus on non qualifying games, however the bonus can only be cashed in where wagering requirements have been fulfilled on qualifying games. "

They do? But it is nothing of the kind.... Which casinos do this?

Perhaps, but now they're up. Sometimes it's to be expected.

Yeah but you can play blackjack on the three bonuses they have for neteller, firepay and click2pay. The WR is only 5x deposit + bonus, so I guess a lot of people would use autoplay blackjack on these.

The Video Poker decision is quite amusing - looks like a business decision to maximize profits by increasing the number of errors people make. The problem with *those* decisions is that people can make their own decision not to play there at all....

Thats pathetic if they are disabling autoplay on VP. How can casinos (especially MG ones) expect any players other than bonus abusers if they are even slightly worse than the umpteen others out there.

Also, who apart from bonus fans gets excited about yet another MG? Its not as if they're going to have any different games and in this case they appear to be worse than the existing casinos using that platform

I havent played here yet but notice its on the accredited list. Is it because of its relationship with Roxy Palace which is quite splendid(no pun intended). Otherwise, wouldnt it be better for the casino to show its worthiness before giving it the thumbs up?

As I know, Only Casino Rewards group did this type of thing ( classify 3-card as video poker). It is really ridiculous. I do not think other MG casino will do this.

I cleared the bonus with 3 card poker. Then emailed them (which I know is a no-no). I asked them if I had cleared the bonus so I can start playing my favorite game of blackjack. They emailed me back within an hour and said that I had cleared it. Still no cashout to neteller yet.

Roxy Palace is one of the most smoothest run MG casinos; bringing on Vegas Splendido was not an issue since it is virtually the same operation. It's passed my litmus test - believe me, it's worthy.

That's a good point. There's little enough reason to play at another MG casino even before they start disabling features. I can understand the BJ autoplay in a way, but stopping the VP from automatically holding cards is surely going to drive away players who don't want to have to hunt around on Wizardofodds for the right strategy. I suppose they hope the players will just play anyway and make so many mistakes it'll double the house edge, but it could be counter productive if they never come back ;)

It's a shame some players are already ragging on this casino. Bonuses are not obligitory. I am a firm believer in gambling as entertainment and treat it as such, and I find being loyal to a casino has its just rewards. The management of well run MG casinos have plenty to offer their players, so try not to throw the baby out with the bathwater. :D

And another thing, what's with the addiction to autoplay? Since the house has the edge, all it's going to do is make you lose your money faster. Might as well put a vacuum up to your wallet. Suck-o-matic autoplay.

I rarely use this feature unless I want to piss myself off.

I should point out that I'm not complaining about this casino and have no reason to doubt they're trustworthy. I've also got no issue with their bonus.

I think Elscrabinda's point was there wasn't much on offer at this casino apart from the bonus, though I agree good customer service can count for a lot.

It's just hard to see the hint feature being disabled as anything other than a bad thing. Maybe it's just a temporary technical issue, but if it's not then the only explanation is that they want to increase the house take for the game by encouraging players to "gamble" even more by using incorrect strategy. Why not just play at Roxy Palace if you're not a bonus hunter?

That was indeed my point. There is no reason for Roxy Palace fans (or indeed MG fans) to play here. It has no more to offer than Roxy Palace (it has less)so why get excited?

Its just the lazy cloning of casinos that gets me. The only thing that will be different about this one is the pointless intro movie at the beginning which everyone skips anyway

Not if you include luck as a factor. If some players are happy with Roxy Palace's customer service and still want to play MG games, this could offer an alternative choice if they have a run of bad luck at Roxy's. The choice is always yours.

I agree that there is too much of this to a degree however i think the "cloning" is aimed at providing different interfaces to appeal to different markets. But having just put together a load of factual data comparing casinos its boring to see all casinos in one group are pretty much the same bar bonus structures.

It would be nice to see them vary things like the Reverse Withdrawal times and VIP programs to offer something different. Not just at VS but any new casino.

Bellerock are another example. All have the same features bar bonuses and promos. All have 12 hour Reverse, all have the same customer support, all have pretty much the same games. Got one, got 'em all really.

Cheers

Simmo!

hmm two bad things there. First is 48 hours they sit on your money.

Second is the fact they didn't change Roxy Palace to read Vegas Splendido.

What i really dont like about this casino is that they change the reverse withdrawal time from normally 24 hours to 48 hours and disabled many functions on Video Pokers which are my favorite games . I deposited 40 euro and got 150% bonus then played blackjack and went up to 7500 euro ,then cashout 7000 euro , i sent them an email asking whether they can flush my withdrawal because i hate that reversal option and they said that they can't do that so i have to wait to 48 hours . at most MG casinos when you request flushing your withdrawal and they will do that immediately for you but not at this casino . Eventuallly i lost all my winnings using that stupid reversal option

7500 EUROS :eek2: from 100? And then lost again??? And the bonus terms and conditions prohibit blackjack.....

Wow......

I have never reversed any withdrawals. If you've been that lucky it's time to play somewhere else. Find a new casino, just wait the time for your money, that's my rule.

Whether a player constantly reverses withdrawals may be one of the distinctions between problem gamblers and those who play for entertainment only. For the former you have the urge to continue gambling no matter what the costs are whereas for the latter you call it a day after a session.
