I read this deep down in the T&C's and i phoned them just to be sure.

You can't meet the wagering requirements playing blackjack or blackjack switch. VP was ok though. Save a copy of the T&C before you start if you want to cover yourself. And when you cashin, subtract the bonus from your bankroll amount and only w/d that amount. If you try to w/d any part of the bonus, it will reject it.
I should have known they are trying to cheat me. wont let me withdraw my deposit. Avoid this one at all costs they dont honor their rules. Another rogue. I even asked nick from the chat service and told me i could withdraw my deposit at my own discretion.

I had the same issue about the original deposit. Thier T&C says you can withdrawal the deposit anytime, not the bonus. But they email reply told me I have to meet the wager requirement even my account was higher than the deposit + bonus. Who know how they EXPLAIN their own T&C????

yes it was lower but, I asked nick a cs rep before I put a dime in. He said you can withdraw your deposit at any time. I tried to do that and said I should try a lower amount and u did not meet the wr's. That contradicts nick's statement of withdrawing my deposit at any time. He even asked me if I read the rules and i said yes but wanted him to clarify them for me.I specifically asked him this before my deposit for I dont want to play at one that locks your deposit in before meeting wr's. I had cs rep julie check his chat session with me to verify this and she told me I should have been able to withdraw. I highly advise no one to play here for they dont honor their rules.

It really can't be any more clear. Since your balance was BELOW the amount of the bonus, then you already lost your deposit. That is why you can't withdraw, not because they are rogues.

BTW, I deposited $100 here last weekend, got the $222 bonus, wagered it more than the $2500+ wagering requirments playing video poker. Ended up with a profit of $300 over the $222 bonus.
I withdrew the $300 on Sunday nite and today it was in my neteller account. That's close enough to the 4 day withdrawl period for me to be happy. It may have been delayed by a day because the needed proof of ID before they could process.
Also, they left the bonus money in my account. They had said it will stay there until I lose it and it still is. Next step will be to try to win more with it and see what happens.

Casino Tropez is a very good casino voted highly at many places and to all my friens who played there made very good experience with it.
Vegas Red is a sister casino and therfor should also be not too much different.
I do not play the casino because I only like to play BlackJack. They dont allow BJ, so I dont go there. Also their term not to pay out bonus is stated.
Some people play it anyway and just use the bonus as a buffer and win anyway. (Play the wager requirement and put all money left on a red/black bet on roulet).

Have you ever lost so many hands in a row or spins in a row it was "funny"...well if you haven't go check out Vegasred. I personally put my stamp on Intercasino, Sands of the Car, and many other on the Meister's list. Too many casinos out there....steer clear of this one[/color]

Rainman, Any casino no matter online or land will be rigged to you if you kept trying to make money from them. The purpose is entertainment , fun and excitement. Winning is more "lucky" stuff. If you really want to make living out of this, you need professional help!!!

On the face of my gambling at Inter & VR I can't see how anyone ever beats Inter at BJ (in fact I could include all Crypto casinos here). But they obviously do unless all posters here tell fibs.
As for VR I made a profit of $983 (over $12K turnover) playing VP with their 'sticky' bonus, so I think they are wonderful! - well no not really - how can I make a judgement on such a small snapshot of activity (and I'm yet to get paid!).
Perhaps if I play enough BJ at Inter I will make it pay.
Maybe if I go back to VR I will get busted.
But either way my limited experiences don't entitle me to make an informed decision regarding the fairness or otherwise of either.

well perfect bs at inter dont work too well. So I don't know how the ones with 1000's ive seen there do it. waver cashed out about 3300 and mhrlp or something has 1300 or so. They usually don't hit 12's agasint a 2 or 3 up which goes agasint bs. If anyone here knows a real good way to win at ic. please let me know.

Well I myself played Vegas Red Last night. I deposited $100 and got the bonus. I played 4 line deuces wild and won $200 I then when to Carribean Poker and Betted $50 and got a fullhouse and the dealer open so that was an additional $900 I played around and met the requirement and have a pending cashout for $1075.50. The only reason I played there is because. If JPM have not had a problem with them, then I have no problem trying them. I will let you know what happens with my payout.

In short, this individual and I both reviewed any and all information available on the VEGAS RED site before signing up. In short nothing was the same the very next day.
Blackjack was no longer allowed to cover the wagering requirements and overnite the wagering requirements incident to their bonuses not only tripled, but the bonus wagering requirements rolled-over even if you zeroed out the account by losses. Have a good one.

The worst problem is that support tells you something even if they don't know the answer - and players take that answer for granted.
I raise queries directly with management - who then has to tell support to change their rules.
I will agree with Cipher for now - use extreme caution.

Well I got my check today from Vegas Red for $975+ $100 sent back to Firepay. So Vegas Red is alright with me. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for Casino Tropez to pay me ($300). I just gotten off the phone with them. They tell me everything looks okay got all my documents and I've meet the wagering requirements. But couldn't give me a time on when my funds will be sent off. I wont be dealing with them again anytime soon.

I have just had an email from an exec involved in Vegas Red asking for account names and numbers of genuinely aggrieved players, and if possible any email records of their interaction with Support.
The motivation seems to be to resolve these issues fairly, and I suspect to straighten out Support bad practice.
I have responded that they need to read these and similar threads elsewhere, but that should they wish free-of-charge assistance I am sure we can put them in contact with the aggrieved players concerned.
I await the response.

To cut out myself as a middle man and reduce the exposure of private information to a minimum I have suggested to my contact that they quickly establish a dedicated complaint email address with response and tracking numbers, even if it is done manually.
I have emphasised that it is critically important that these *appeals* be considered honestly and quickly.
If they agree to this and set it up, I will publish the address, and aggrieved players will be invited to submit their account numbers, names and succinct details of their complaint direct for reconsideration.
We will monitor the events that follow here on the message boards.
My contact assures me that policy changes are already being put in place to obviate further bad casino practice.
Now awaiting their response.
